"Architectural Stone first installed our Kitchen counter tops. The center island had a cantilevered bar with a custom curve. Brian was able to match the curve perfectly and with his input we were able to design the proper structure to support the 32" cantilevered bar. We were so impressed with his work that we brought him back to complete our master walk in shower. We had him install floor to ceiling granite and peddles for the floor. "We had ADH do the following renovation for us: new kitchen with cambria quartz countertops and Timberlake white cabinets, install new high-end laminate floors in the entire home, install new stone tiles in the fireplace, install new tiles in the laundry room, paint both interior and exterior of the home. ADH estimated that the entire project will take 4-6 weeks. The home was completed exactly 6 weeks to do minor touch ups. I believe it would have been sooner had it not been for the christmas holiday and the rain that we experienced, since we were also having the exterior paint done. I like it that they did not force to paint the exterior of the home when it was raining. We have been looking for a contractor to renovate our home, and after doing our research, we decided to go with ADH. Vlad Kalpakchi came to our home, and we told him what we wanted to do. Vlad was very easy to talk and work with. He was honest, and he gave us our options and a quote to renovate our home. Once we agreed on the quote, we went to their showroom in Sacramento, so we can pick the quartz top, the cabinets, and the floor type that we wanted. Going to their showroom was much better that just someone showing you some small samples. Their showroom gave you a better idea on how a certain quartz counterop will look like, as well as the cabinets, etc. Vlad worked with our schedule to go to their showroom. The only time I had available was Sunday afternoon, and he obliged by meeting us that day at their showroom. He was very accomodating with our schedule to meet with him. Once we picked all the materials we wanted, we paid the deposit, and after week (I think), Vlad came back to our home and showed us the layout that he designed for our kitchen. Once that was settled, we gave him a check for the materials, and everything went into motion, i.e. the quartz countertops and cabinets were ordered from the manufacturer, and was customized for our home. It is important for us to mention that there were no surprises on the cost. Vlad quoted us exactly what it will cost us to renovate our home. We had some additional cost, but we knew about that beforehand, so there were no surprises. This was very important to because we knew exactly how much we needed to budget for our home renovation. Once everything was ordered and ready, we met with the foreman, Alex Tsukayev. Alex is very easy to talk to, and work with as well. We met Alex before the renovation started. He scoped our home for the work that needed to be done, and assured us that everything will be fine. Alex kept his word. We were blessed to have Alex lead the renovation of our home. His son, Eric was also part of the renovation team! It is great to see a family work together. This shows a commitment and love for what they do. Alex worked hard, and he had integrity in both his work and his word. We really appreciated this! There were days when they stayed until evening to do whatever they had to do. Alex even worked christmas eve and new year's eve. During the renovation, my family and I were staying in a nearby hotel, because they basically gutted our home to do the renovation. Alex, told us that we should be able to go back home before year's end. He kept his word! Even though there were still some minor work to be done, we were able to go back home and spend the new year in our own home. Alex and his team did a top-notch job in renovating our home. They are true professionals who are very skilled with their craft. One thing I really like about ADH, Vlad, and Alex, is that they are very easy to talk to. If we had concerns, or issues, they were addressed immediately. And they had integrity! Integrity is very important to us. After the renovation, we are very happy with the results! The result of their work is truly top-notch quality. We love our new kitchen, the fireplace, the floors, the paint etc! We are truly blessed to have our home be renovated by a quality team in ADH. We couldn't be happier with the results of the renovation performed. Renovating our home was a much better idea for us than buying a new home. We are enjoying our home much more. It really feels like a "new" home with all the renovation that was done.In fact, I would dare say that the renovation done in our home has a much better quality than some of the really new homes that is out in the market. We will recommend ADH to our friends and family without any hesitation. In fact, we are scheduled to host a slew of events in our home for both family and friends, and the work performed by ADH will be a showcase.
