  This company is awesome! Bob called me back and we talked about where in the house the carpet was that needed to be cleaned, how old the carpet is and if there are any areas I wanted then to focus on. Bobby and Zach came to the house that day. They were on time and very friendly. They did a great job with the carpet and I even asked them to clean 2 kitchen chairs that were upholstered...they looked as good as new! I would highly recommend them.   The subcontractor came out to measure hardwood floors for refinishing and for new carpeting.he was an unusual character in that he told me what trim color I was getting, one dog was okay, but the other is gonna be a problem after telling me 2 minutes before that he was fine with them, I couldn't ask him questions while he was ciphering... Just a little peculiar. The wood floor sub was great, on time, neat, explained things well and finished the job as he promised. the carpet on the other hand was a different animal. the sub finished the first two offices without a hitch however the basement became problematic.the unfinished edge was to have a metal transition piece however the installer decided justto turn the carpet under and attach it to a tack strip.I refused the original color trim I was told I was getting and the gray color I wanted was unavailable and had to be special ordered.one of the dogs worked the transition piece of edge and took the carpet up which necessitated the installer to come back and repair. The metal transition piece came in however it wasn't long enough and him to be re ordered. There was not sufficient quantity of grey trim available which left 1 room half done. It was yet again another trip by the installer 2 put the base cove on. Quite an ordeal especially when the wood floors in first office came together so quickly and easily. <br /
