    I can’t say enough about Jason and his crew! If you’re looking for a professionally installed pool, Jason and his crew are the guys you want to call! Looking to have a pool installed this year, my wife and I met Jason by word of mouth. On first meet Jason made us both feel comfortable as he was straightforward with recommendations, while not being a typical salesperson pushing specific products. Being first time pool owners we felt secure enough with Jason, the recommended pool and price to look no further. After enduring the rainiest spring CT has ever had, Connecticut Pool and Repair got right to work. The day of installation went without a glitch. The sand was leveled and the pool went up in less than 4 hours. If you envision a colony of ants working in sync with a purpose, that’s Connecticut Pool and Repair!     We were their second pool dig of 2021. The plaster has failed, the site a mess, contract line items not fulfilled, and my favorite “sorry they’re with a customer” when we call. Apparently they pick and choose which customers matter and I must assume those are the ones that still have remaining balances. We even threatened to withhold money and go through arbitration to which Jason responded “you’ll lose”. We now call daily looking to have the plaster fixed and Gianna passes us to voicemail saying Debbie and Grant are busy with customers. Chuck will eventually take the call and say they’re working on it trying to contact Bella Pool Plaster out of New York and that they will be in touch(interesting that this has taken over 3 months with zero rectification as Gianna proudly boasted they service 30 pools a day). This is 3 months of non stop calling and emailing on our end and they take the same approach, essentially hoping we’ll tucker out and accept their poor performance as they already have all their money

    We contacted Paradis in March 2019 to begin the process of gathering information for above ground pool installation. We met with Vic and immediately knew that there was no need to work with any other company. Vic educated us around the entire process and walked through each and every model they sell. This was a ZERO PRESSURE sales process and Vic stands behind every single product he sells, yes, even the least expensive models. We appreciated that so much. You just don't see that very much. We also wanted a deck built onto the pool and he worked with us on the design and listened to what we wanted in terms of proximity to our existing deck off the house. Once the process was started in June, it was amazing how smoothly everything worked together. They have the installation down to the minute. Literally, as they finished putting up the pool, the water truck was backing down our driveway ready to fill. All workers were extremely friendly and respectful of property and just a pleasure to work with. Kim, in the office, was extremely patient with us and literally responded to emails within minutes. I am not sure we ever waited longer than an hour to hear back from her. The financial transaction/estimates/payment portion of the sale was just as great. Following the completion of the project, we had 2 very minor issues. They were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. As the season went on and we needed some assistance with balancing of chemicals and troubleshooting a few issues, they were very responsive and helpful with all questions and provided great advice that solved each of our issues every single time. This is such an awesome family to work with

    I had considered trying to do this job myself (well having my step-father do it), but after seeing a video review of the strength of the various "DIY" polls vs. the Protect-A-Child fence I decided to try and find a vendor to install it. I came across Susan and Jeff and am so happy that I did. They were really easy to communicate with, and offered some great suggestions that ended up changing the way we wanted to have the fence configured. Jeff came and had it installed in a half day, connecting up against an existing fence. Really happy we went with this company, any extra money over what a DIY version would have cost was certainly saved in stress and time

He has called us a few times to make sure everything was running correctly and even stopped by with a couple of replacement parts for us that he located (free of charge) as we have a very old pool and the parts are no longer manufactured.
