    Dial One Johnson Plumbing (James Bielamowicz) performed an Electric Hot Water Heater replacement this morning with a brand new Bradford-White 50 Gallon Electric Unit. The replacement work was performed par excellence, on time, warrantied, and with customer hands-on walk-thru, etc.. The previous water heater was worn-out, rusty and leaking and was almost at a point of bursting apart. The bigger catastrophe was avoided by timely advice of James Bielamowicz. The other work was sewer-line inspection and Jetter work. Everything went well and we are delighted to have Dial One Johnson do our work!

    I had a 22 year old Delta tub/shower faucet that had been leaking and I could not get the bonnet nut to come off to replace cartridge. I ended up torquing too much and caused a small leak in the valve body in the wall that couldn't be sealed. I was a little apprehensive seeing the negative reviews but since they offered a free service call/estimate with no obligation I gave them a call. They came out and confirmed the bad news. The estimate came to $787.50 with senior discount which included going in through the bedroom wall to cut out and replace valve body and install a new Delta tub/shower faucet. I had priced the parts at Home Depot and it was over $200. Travel time to get parts and faucet and labor was a little over 3 hours. I felt the total price for labor and parts was reasonable so I accepted. Bryan was the plumber they sent and he did a pro job ( I did have to patch the drywall afterwards but Bryan did a good job of keeping that to a minimum). Now we have a nice new chrome Delta faucet instead of that old worn gold plated one. I would hire again and I would ask for Bryan. He was a lifesaver. Going out to turn water on/off at street was getting old

    Better than expected. Instead of being taken advantage of, Taylor pointed out all I needed was a minor adjustment and not a complete motor replacement. He refunded the cost of the unneeded parts and even offered to check back in a few weeks to see if all was still working ok. Which he did!!     The team did a great job from start to finish. Our front load washer wasn't draining properly and was giving an error code. I had sent them the description of the issue and the model number. They contacted me the same day and scheduled a service call the following afternoon. They then called me the next day to see if they could come earlier which was nice. When they showed up, they quickly examined the washer and gave me an estimate for replacing the pump and dealing with a blockage in the drain line. They had brought a replacement part, so they were able to replace the pump and deal with a blockage in the line pretty quickly. Compared to other service providers, it was refreshing to have someone bring the parts they needed with them and work pretty quickly to fix the problem at a fair price

They were friendly but had problems with cost Chris quietly saw a problem when I questioned the billing. He had adjusted billing and told me office would email corrected bill. Howard was able to diagnose an easy fix for a problem with my ice maker frosting up, and although the dryer repair was a little trickier, requiring a second trip the following week because of an additional part needed for the thermostat after replacing the heating element, he got it all taken care of.
