From my first phone call to Denise to Shaneâ s video estimate, to signing the contract with Richard to Richard and his assistants packing and moving my daughters belongings across states and everything was perfect! I was very nervous as I had never hired movers and heard nothing but horror stories but the staff at Agility (especially Denise) were always there to put my mind at ease. Everything was picked up and arrived on time (even a little early) and in the same condition they picked it up in. I would definitely recommend Agility.

I started off with a bad experience with my long-distance move but when I reach out to Agility and spoke with Shane, he kept it real and assured me that his company would take care of me. Teddy, Xavier, and Elijah were outstanding, professional, fast, and respectful. I loved the fact they loaded and unloaded my things and I did not get someone different. When I move again, I will definitely use this company again and request those guys. To anyone moving please be aware of moving companies that require you to pay a deposit with no refund. I hired them for a move to Florida. With a heavy heart we are now not moving. I have been dealing with John and he has been so patient and understanding of our situation. They are a very honest company. I got my full deposit returned. I would definitely recommend Agility for your move. They explain everything and go over everything so no hidden costs. Within five minutes I was on FaceTime with John, their manager, walking around and doing a complete inventory of what we were moving from our home in Connecticut to the greater Detroit Michigan area. A very complete estimate followed that afternoon, we signed the contract and paid our 30% down payment, On June 5 we had our belongings delivered to our storage unit in Michigan totally without incident and on time as promised in late March when we first contacted Agility. We highly recommend them for your moving needs!
