Shattuck from Advanced Appraising, LTD called me soon afterwards to discuss a day and time to accommodate my schedule and my tenants. He arrived at the agreed upon time, performed the inspection/appraisal with no adverse affect on the tenants. The details prepared in the report exceeded what I expected.
