    I had a ceramic cup fall in my toilet months ago and thought all pieces were out. After issues on the other side of the house with water not flushing in another bathroom, I called LD. Joe and Phil with a snake camera were able to find a ceramic piece about 2" in size stuck in my main pipe. They were able to push the piece to an easy location of my crawl to do a precise cut and remove and rejoin my pipe. Awesome work that I would not want any other company to handle. It was a Sh*T Show for sure. I did recommend they do Colonoscopy's on the side with their talents with the snake camera.. lol :

    EXCELLENT!!!! Basement drain was completely clogged (after 40+ years). After an attempt to clean and plunge drain, clean-out cap had to be chiseled out, line cleaned and new cap was installed. The whole process took 2+ hour. Cost of approx. 185.00 was very reasonable!!! Ed was the tech. He was extremely polite, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, very patient in explaining everything, presented options (with costs), and cleaned up after it all

    I’ve never had a project pulled together so timely and professionally before. The project lead/salesman, Solomon, orchestrated everything from sale to utility line marking to landscaping. He always kept me informed as to progress and explained what was going on. The fact that the landscaping crew showed up within 2 days after the drainage work was completed was also incredible. This company is definitely on my preferred list of contractors

    After unsuccessfully trying to fix a clogged drain ourselves we searched Angie's List for an emergency plumber. It was about 7pm on a Tuesday night and we couldn't wait any longer. I looked at a few plumbers and decided to call Peterman's. We reached an after hours answering service and they informed us the on-call tech would give us a call as soon as he could. About 20 minutes later Jon called and told us he would be out as soon as he could. With-in 2 hours he was at our house. He gave us a great price to clear the drain and even offered an amazing maintenance package. Jon was very professional and even at the late hour treated us like we were the most important customers he had seen for the day. He cleared the drain quickly and informed us that we would receive a call to schedule a follow up appointment to run a camera down the line to ensure there wasn't damage. The office reached out to me first thing this morning to schedule. He turned a "CRAPPY" situation into a quick painless process. I will use them in the future for all plumbing needs

    On a Sunday afternoon my basement drain wasn't draining properly. I called Peterman, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and they were our in an hour. The cost was no higher than it would have been during the week. Bailey was polite, quick and explained the process. He suggested I get a scope done because he felt an obstruction on the sewer line. A day later Peterman's sent Solomon out to do a video scope which was included in the original price! He was pleasant and informative as we watch the video together. I was told if I had a flash drive ready they would record the video for me at no extra cost. I have used that video to talk to the city as the obstruction is in the street. I highly recommend Peterman, Heating & Cooling for any plumbing work

    Excellent job! Edward came out, assessed the problem and had the sink unclogged in no time! We had another company out last week and they said we needed to downsize our pipe in the basement and wanted to put a vent under the sink for $466! Said the pipe was to big and would just clog back up. Didn't even attempt to clean it out. Edward came out, snaked the drain and had it running better than it has in years! All for $83! Would definitely recommend this company

    Strong recommendation for plumber. I’ve always done the plumbing on our houses. I’m not great, but functional. We took over both sides of our duplex and wanted to combine the hot water and replace the 20 year old water heater. I worried that this was a bit beyond my skills, so I bit the bullet, called 3 plumbers, got estimates from two and decided on Hudson in Martinsville. They came to estimate the same day. Kedge gave a lot of good information not only about the job, but about our systems in general. I got the written estimate Monday, accepted it and they scheduled for the next morning. Nate and Bill showed up on time. Both were very friendly and informative. And the work – beautiful. I do sloppy pvc. I have done copper and it’s worse. Nate’s work was beautiful. I had been dithering about paying someone to do what I probably could have done and then I saw his work. I saw the difference between an amateur and a pro. $1550. Next day service. Two hours to do what would have taken me at least all day and the end result is a thing of beauty. I’m a happy boy. Hudson Plumbing. Good name to remember. And no, I don’t work for them. I don’t get a discount or kickback. I’m just a very satisfied camper

    I contacted Service Plus about a clogged drainage pipe in my yard. They responded promptly and came out and diagnosed the issue at no charge. They also recommended that I contact both my homeowner's association and the county to see if either of those entities might actually be responsible for footing the bill to repair the pipe. Turns out that the pipe is owned by the county and the county is going to completely handle the issue. I can't say enough about how helpful and honest the Service Plus reps were about this issue

    They ended up NOT inspecting drain because clog had cleared and appears to be flowing freely. They also could not find the clean out in front of house which has apparently been covered up by years of mulch. Plumber said it would cost $425 to use a camera to find the clean out through the roof stack! I opted not to spend that $425 since drain appears to be cleared now. I did get the tub strainer and shoe gasket replaced for $340! The work appears to be acceptable but the plumbers didn't bother to clean up the blue hard water deposits under the spout around the drain. I sent a picture to the company

    I called with water leaking from the bottom of the garbage disposal. I called late in the day and Roto Rooter sent out a tech within the hour which was amazing! Tech mentioned they were part of a 2nd shift that works later hours and on weekends which was extremely convenient. Confirmed the disposal needed to be replaced and we are exploring all options on best model, size, etc. Tech gave us a quote, let us know about extra discount, their card with the hours they work and made self available to answer any questions or discuss further at our convenience. The entire process was very smooth and we will be contacting Roto Rooter for all future Plumbing needs

    Quentin and his helper came on a Friday in February and got started. They later had to call Citizens to get the water shut off because the lines crossed. They had to return on Monday to finish. Guess what happened on Monday? It snowed! They stayed until 6 PM to get the job finished with several inches on the ground. The water line was replaced at no charge
