Jon Topping came out within a few days and replaced our old machine with a stronger unit under warranty with no questions asked. We needed a garage door opener release lock replaced and a new entry key lock or key pad. We discussed the situation with Gilbert and together we determined, because we are selling the home, that all we asked for was really not necessary.     $1,379.45 for two cheap deadbolts and one door handle!!! Please beware of this company, they are a rip off. Overpriced and poor work is what you will get from Sean and his young apprentice, especially if you are a senior. They charged us the following for very poor work and off brand materials. They also used some of the old dead bolt plates. The door is hard to open and close. As we are seniors, we were hesitant to dispute the charges in their presences. A Monday afternoon is not an emergency call. The receipt given to us has no address or the company’s name on it. Dead Bolts = $538.00 (2 at $269.00 each) Defiant Lever Door handle = $249.00 (1) Rekeyed door handle = $139.00 45 minutes of labor = $299.00 Service call = $29.00 Add taxes of $125.45 for a total of $1,378.4
