    Tan, the owner responded quickly to my first call. We set the appointment, he gave a 2 hr. window and he called 20 mins. before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem quickly, but he had to order the part. Again, we scheduled the next appt. July 12th; he called before he came out and fixed the problem in less than 20 mins. He gave a 6 month warranty on the part and labor. I would definitely recommend his company. Thanks Tan!!

    Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plu

    Mr Doan is the best appliance service technician, he came the day I called and fixed the dryer. While he was here he gave me advice on a diy part replacement I was attaching to my dishwasher rack. The dryer worked nicely for one month, I called him back and he fixed the dryer again. In between I had the air vent cleaned out and that company found a birds nest at that end of the duct. I felt that the first fix didn’t have a chance so I offered to pay a second time but he wouldn’t accept. He’s more than fair with his charges and very professional. I recommend him to friends and neighbors without hesitation. If you need any appliance repair call him you won’t be disappointed

    Both my washing machine and my kitchen oven are 20 years old and both were in need of repair or replacement. The washing machine would shake the entire building on the spin cycle, and I live in a high-rise. The handle for the door on my oven had broken off over a year ago, and I was hoping to be able to find a replacement handle for it. On the day of the appointment, Val and his assistant showed up slightly early, which was fine with me. They assessed both of my appliances and determined that they would have to purchase parts for each repair, so they would have to come back in a day or two. Val told me that he was certain he could get the part needed for the washer, but that the handle for the oven door might prove difficult due to the brand the oven. He said that particular brand usually didn't stock parts for models that old. Two days later Val let me know he had the part for the washer but could not locate the part for the oven door , and he would like to come the following day to install the part in the washer. The next day Val and his assistant showed up at the appointed time to install the part for the washer which now works fine. He told me he had not found a handle for the oven, which I expected, but he assured me he would keep an eye out for the needed part for my oven. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism, punctuality, and friendly service provided by Val and his team, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again

    Within 5 minutes of seeing refrigerator the technician isolated the problem to two possible causes. He replaced part that he thought was the most seen corrective action. That corrected the zone cooling issue which was our primary concern. He advised us that once refrigerator started working correctly the ice maker would start making ice.     I had used this company for a repair in the past and was satisfied. On this job, the company responded quickly to my call and came out to do the repair. Had to wait for parts over the weekend once the problem was diagnosed. No issues with work done. The problem was that the tech charged me $650 for a part I found online and in a local supply store for $200. I will not use this company again

    Amazing! Staff person very patient, spent over an hour with me. With the video, he was able to figure out that the condenser fan wasn’t working. And, he suggested that I use a house fan to cool the condenser, so freezer would start to work (It did!!!) while I ordered the fan part and figured out who could install it.
