Their crew did a great job completing everything perfectly. This company is attentive to every detail and make customer satisfaction a top priority. The price was very good for a large house, with a steep roof, 4 peaks and a Sky Light. They used creative techniques to permanently correct issues we previously had that other contractors failed to repair properly. They cleaned up everything so well that they even thoroughly cleaned our driveway. Their warranty includes inspections every 2 years which they are happy to perform very soon after you make the request. We love our new roof and highly recommend this company. I will be using this company in the future

It took a long time to get them, but COVID-related supply chain issues are affecting everything these days so I can't complain about that. John's two young men (sorry I didn't get their names) came on time, did a high quality installation, cleaned up nicely, and that was it! I love my new windows

I received a few estimates and I went with Berg because I thought they would do a good job at a fair price. Nick provided the estimate and was able to answer all my questions. There were about 5 roofers that performed the work over 2 days. Job went smoothly and Berg did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good things about John and Berg. Above all he was completely honest and forthright. He actually talked us out of replacing some of our other windows saying that it was a waste of money and that the problem was not the windows, but was actually due to issues in the attic. He could have easily said that these windows needed to be replaced and we would have believed him. I really appreciate his honesty. In terms of the work itself, Berg did a wonderful job. The seams were all perfectly caulked. The windows and door were perfectly aligned, and the casing of the garage door frames was perfect. I would have no hesitation in reaching out to John and Berg for any other home repair/improvement needs. Just a great job overall

We have no sales tactics for our product sells i..Recent Review:Unfortunately our experience did not match that of other customers. We got a third rate job at a premium price. We hired Ronbos to do extensive plaster repair (including several large cracks) and painting in three rooms including stairs and hallway. Ron came and gave a great sales pitch about hiring only the best painters and paying them well, and left a flyer specifically naming the Benjamin Moore Aura paint as best-of-the best interior paint that would be used. During his visit he mentioned that with such a high quality paint it's possible to do a matte finish in high traffic areas and have it still perform and be cleanable. Sounded great. First warning sign was that his painters showed up with a different, much cheaper paint, and applied eggshell -- basically ignoring one of his big selling points. The paint they used was Benjamin Moore Ben, the cheapest paint they sell and marketed specifically for its low price. So much for the sales pitch. We immediately noticed they seem to be a big rush to finish the job ASAP. We had to call them to return for extensive touchups for missed spots, especially slopping edging, but they even missed the second coat on an entire wall -- we could still see the old paint peaking through! A year later the poor quality really shows. It's obvious they didn't remove a lot of switch covers and a smoke alarm, as those items slightly shift over time and the old paint is peaking out now. The paint is also peeling around several doorknobs because they remove and paint under them, just painting around instead. Sloppy. But worst of all, the two biggest plaster cracks that they supposedly repaired have returned. They are identical to before, meaning the repair was not done properly. Plaster cracks like that have to be dug out all the way to the lath so they don't return. Ronbo's own website talks about how to do it right. That isn't what they did here and it shows. The plaster repair was a major part of the project cost, and it has failed. Would not hire again. Seems like they're great for exterior jobs, but for our interior job what we got was a rush, cut corners, cheap materials, overall a huge disappointmentSteven B.
