I have used Total Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for several years. Having a home built in 1956 there have been many frequent plumbing issues. My experience has always been great. Total Plumbing is always so responsive providing professional service promptly and efficiently. Their team consists of great master plumbers, highly skilled, very knowledgeable and no matter who shows up at your door they always go the extra mile. My favorites are Charlie and Tommy. Aaron is a partner and leads the company and team with expertise, always ensuring jobs are done right the first time. I have many professional service providers saved in my contacts, but only one for plumbing - TOTAL PLUMBING. Save them in your contacts...you'll be glad you did when you need to reach the best plumbing service in town. Tell them Sherry sent you

I contacted Cornerstone for a toilet replacement and sink replacement. From the scheduling staff through the entire process was simply amazing. Bryson came out to estimate. I was given a fair price and I gave approval to order the items I needed. After a couple of days Bryson came back to install. He was on time professional, and did an excellent job from top to bottom. I am so very impressed with your organization that I intend to use you again for any and all services you provide. I would recommend Cornerstone for any and all products and services they handle. Top notch 5 stars great work!!, keep it up I will be in touch soon for similar work in my second bathroom. Thanks Cornerstone and Thanks Angie !

  • IERNA's Heating & Cooling
    5.0
Ierna's was incredibly on top of their communication all the way through the initial connection and estimation process. They also continued to stay in contact the day of the estimation with very clear up to date tracking when their technician would be arriving. Kip was courteous and very conscious of COVID safe restrictions and was cognizant of my time and did an excellent job with the inspection for the job. While Ierna's was not able to perform the job, they were up front about those details and explanatory and I would definitely hire them again in the future

  • S & W Kitchens Inc
    5.0
My wife and I were very pleased with the professional experience we had with S & W Kitchens Palm Harbor. The designer, Shirley Aguilu, provided excellent ideas, listening to our ideas, and producing a kitchen renovation plan that encompassed all of our requests. The team, including Shirley, Steve, Tony and Amber, were on top of all aspects of the complete kitchen renovation. This included frequent contact to ensure the job was being completed, and ensuring all segments (installing floor tile, cabinets, laundry room, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical work) were correctly completed. We highly recommend S & W Kitchens Palm Harbor, for their work

  • Relo Interior Services
    5.0
We used Relo for a full remodel of our kitchen, a bath and bedroom. Every member of the team was great. The entire project was managed on a daily basis, the team was always here when they said they would be and they met deadlines and budget. We could not be happier. We talked to a few others before choosing Relo but most were over-priced. With Relo we got exactly what we wanted and had the help from a design standpoint without having to pay ridiculous prices. It will be Relo that takes on our next round of remodeling in 2022. You will not be disappointed if you choose Relo

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
