They diagnosed and fixed my problem immediately where previous plumbers from another well-known plumbing company failed after several visits. The Goode plumbers worked until 6:00 on a Saturday without complaint, rushing to leave or emergency charges. Goode provided next-day service when I called for an appointment and, after inspection by their quality assurance specialist, gave me costs up front. The costs seemed reasonable to me.     The project was horrible. When Loui G. Got to the house we were at a full stop on our bathrooms and water use. We thought we just had some tree roots in our lines again so we thought we needed it rodded out. Loui assessed the problem, explained our options and got right to work. After about 10 minutes of trying to get the line open he pulled back the end and aside from the toilet paper stuck on the cable the end was shiny and clean. Loui then explained we had a break or cave in on our line and the job grew. After explaining the next steps they had to take Loui once again got to work. They wet saw cut the basement floor about where they thought the break was and removed about 5” thick chunks of concrete. After a bit they found the pipe and sure enough the orange clay tile was collapsed. The guys put in the repair with a new clean out and put their rodding machine back in the line. They ran about 15 minute worth of water down the line and everything worked great. A couple of their guys scheduled a time to have the concrete repoured. They cleaned up the area better than it was before. Even though the job was horrible Loui and the crew stuck it through, kept good attitudes, remained polite and professional, and did a great job. One of the nice things when Loui first arrived was he had his company ID showing, he was clean and professional. I would definitely hire Burke Plumbing again to do every plumbing project in the Future.

    Advantage Plumbing was amazing. Both our water heaters broke down this past Sunday. We called several places & they either didn't have the equipment until Monday or price price gouged because it was a Sunday & an emergency. I got a call back from Advantage Plumbing in Elgin and they charged a very fair price for 2 water heaters plus they only charged a small fee for a Sunday. Now this was not only a Sunday, the plumber (DILLION - after working all day) arrived at our home at 7:00 p.m. - He replaced both water heaters within 1 1/2 hours and was fantastic. Trust me, if you need a plumber (especially on a weekend) - call them. They do not gouge you when your in a tough spot. They promised me early Sunday afternoon that they would replace them for sure the same day and they kept their word. We are remodeling our bathroom next and will be calling them again

    Bought Amana (Single Stage) HVAC System. Our old American Standard HVAC broke. They came in 2 weeks before and replaced the Gas Valve for $600 and 2 weeks later that broke too because of the electric board. They convinced us that instead of spending more money on parts that may also break later it's better to buy a new HVAC system. They recommended Amana dual stage - Variable system but next day they called that it was a mistake to recommend that because it doesn't exist in 15" size, so now they recommended Single stage and lower the price by $500. Not only that, but they helped us and went out of way to accommodate us with price. Likewise, they fixed it during Thanksgiving weekend

    Some serious work involving excavation in front yard down about 8 feet. They worked efficiently and communicated well. The work also involved hydro-jet cleaning and video inspection. We discussed the findings. Some extra cleaning of a branch line and cementing of downspout to sewer was done.
