Excellent service. This is the second time we've called Pacific Rim for a water damage disaster. The first time was water damage caused by a cracked shower plan. The company came right out and did excellent work at assessing the damage and working with our insurance. Pacific Rim coordinated the work involved for drying out the soaked wood, replacing sub-flooring, bathroom flooring, shower and plumbing, tile and wall board. The finished project was outstanding. And only cost us our insurance deductible.
Now, a pipe feeding the dishwasher has broken. Once again, Frank at Pacific Rim sent out Artemio -- within the hour -- to assess the situation. Artemio has checked it out, told us what to expect next and basically told us, "Don't Worry. We got this." And I absolutely believe him. This will be an0ther job well done.

There aren't enough stars to describe how good this crew is. They recovered a 2007 Street of Dreams Home turned nightmare due to the original builder's incompetence and total disregard for building standards.
This job included structural element repair/replacement, excavation,/regrading, electrical wiring, gas and plumbing lines, concrete and more. Throughout they were very professional, respectful and very skilled.
They worked on my home like it was theirs.

They were Awesome!! Called James early morning and they came out right away for water remediation. He was very professional and responsive and explained process. Hanley and Tim were very professional and explained everything they were doing and texted me when they were coming to check fans, dehumidifier and water levels. Denis was very responsive to communication regarding the job of repairing dry rot in structure supports. The job was done quickly, on schedule, and the area they repaired looks great even though they had to take off siding and remove an exterior door to get to the repair. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and flexible. She worked hard with me to deal with mold damage in my finished basement. . Once the exterior water was stopped Molou and Yassin worked quickly and professionally to contain the mold and tear out the wall, carpet & pad and floor and haul away the debris. They were all responsive and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this team.
