Supreme Remodeling IncI worked with Supreme Remodeling last year to rebuild house for me in Burbank last year. It was a long and arduous project that involved demolishing 50% of an old house down to the studs and then building an attached addition from the ground up. I sent out my completed architectural plans to at least 15 different companies, and took interviews with many of them. Received bids from maybe 5-6 different ones. Here's what the difference was. First of all, Micky the owner of Supreme remodeling took the initial meeting himself. He was in no way pushy or salesy in any way. He was patient (it took a month for me to come to a decision). I was able to look at ACTIVE construction projects that he had going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the new building trends and he has a good eye for design. Once I signed on, it took about 9-10 months to complete. He has a good roster of subcontractors that he works with. But his inside guys Eddie and Ronell are outstanding. In the end the real difference that sets Supreme apart has to be the service. Micky and his staff are very available and responsive. Even on a Sunday night he's active and communicating the following weeks work. If there's an issue he's on top of it. And even though the initial cost of the project was high, you definitely get what you pay for and to be honest, it is a very common experience to have contractors to offer you a lower price just to rope you into a situation where they constantly barrage you with extra charges during the project because they weren't "in the contract". All in all I would definitively work with Micky and supreme again in the future on any projects that I have coming up.- Frank C.

Supreme Remodeling IncMickey had to deal with Conflicting HPOZ and LADBS regulations. He hired the right people to do the plans and fought with the city and made sure everything was in compliance during a pandemic. He also had to deal with subs and getting custom work done while places were slowing or closing during the pandemic. I wouldn’t have gotten my project done during this time without him and Supreme remodeling.- Xavier R.

Top Roofing IncWe could not be more happy with the results from Marc Ravid and Top Roofing. Marc helped us with the roof inspection during the home buying process and then eventually when we needed both repairs and a full roof replacement. Marc was immediately available for us and did fantastic work. Not only was the quality of the roof great, but he also provided a cosmetic upgrade, a contrast seal around the roof that made the whole home look amazing. We would highly recommend anyone who is in need of an inspector or a great roofer to call them right away.- Holly B.

Roy Mathis MovingThis is an excellent moving company! I chose this company because of the great reviews, they are family owned and they have been in business for many years. From the beginning, Ava the scheduler was very accomodating. I had to change my scheduled move twice because the new house was not yet move in ready. At one point, the day I needed was booked but Ava went above and beyond and got us movers! The movers, Charro and Mario arrived early! When they were leaving the first house, the owner stopped by to drop off a third mover. He came over to ask me how everything was going, and helped the guys a little before he left, he was great! I had been living in the same home for almost 40 years. This was my first time moving and, as you can imagine I was very disorganized. The movers, Charro has over 15 years of moving experience with the same company and knew exactly what to do, he was very helpful and had great suggestions. Mario was very nice, both were great guys! I felt very comfortable knowing they were so experienced. When they arrived at the new house, they were so patient and accommodating because I was still figuring out where to put the furniture. I am very thankful for their hard work and advice. If you are moving, this is a great company with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!- Ana P.

I had made an appointment for 10:00 am on a Saturday. Waited until 10:15 sent a text message to see when he would be here. Took a few minutes for reply said “ on my way coming from fontana ok max 30 minutes. At 11:45 am still no show sent text again no quick reply. Then here comes the reply / got held up at a customer’s house. Not a good impression. Will keep looking for someone.

I found Wayne on here a couple days ago & when I contacted him, he responded very quickly! I sent him pictures of what we needed removed & gave me a couple price quotes on what I was looking at price wise. We agreed on for Friday, 3 days after I first reached out to him. Wayne & his guys were great! He told me he would arrive between 1:45 & 2:00PM on 8/24 & arrived at 2:20 with communication letting me know he would arrive late due to traffic. No problem! They showed up, got straight to work & hauled heavy, dirty, rusted old junk into a huge moving van. Wayne was very very nice & his guys worked hard in the hot sun! They were in & out in about an hour & a half having filled up a 20-foot truck filled with junk! Very patient & accommodating. We will be contacting Wayne & his guys in the future for our next cleaning phase. Thanks Wayne!
