San Antonio Faucet Installation

It went great! It took Doug 30 minutes for what would probably have taken us so much longer. Doug and Will are a wonderful team: knowledgeable, informative, and very helpful. Everything was cleaned up and they also disposed of the old faucet.

Rudy Garcia was very prompt, friendly and professional. He did an exceptional job. I would definitely hire this company for future plumbing needs.

The plumber came on time, provided an estimate, got the parts and did the work as expected. The job involved a tub that had not been used for perhaps 10 years and that brought complications. The plumber persevered and 95% of the job was well done. The last part involved replacing part of the drain, and that was so corroded that the plumber said he might gouge the tub trying to get the part out and replaced. I decided not to risk it and that left me with a job not completed. But I don't know enough about the work to say whether there were options he didn't offer me. It is entirely possible that the plumber did exactly what he should have done. Nonetheless, I can't say this was totally "A" experience on my end, although it was close to it.

They were very good, we recommended them to other people. We were happy with him all the way around.

James and his apprentice did a fantastic job. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They cleaned as they worked and didn't leave a mess. My sink and new faucet set were sparkling when they left. They also cleaned under the sink and made sure there was no water spilled when they disconnected the lines. They took away all the trash and old fixture. He also took the time to explain maintenance and care of the new faucet set. Overall fantastic job.

New sink installed and new faucet and disposal unit with replumbing to fit it all together. Work was done very well and in a timely manner. Not cheap but the work is guaranteed.

The only person I call for plumbing is Chambliss. They're excellent actually. It was a brand-new faucet and they installed it and it's been wonderful. I had them do that kind of thing before. They really are good. They're honest, and they're very clean. I would use them in the future and I recommend them to others.

Excellent work! My experience with this company has always been very good. Plumbers are on time, cleanly dressed, polite. My bathroom sink was left clean and neat.

The plumber, Clayton, was timely and friendly. He did the work and even corrected a problem that we were experiencing with one of the faucets that we were having him relocate. The new faucet installation in the kitchen was great and we love it.

I love these people! From the office staff to the plumber, everyone is pleasant and professional. After my existing faucet literally came apart Sunday morning, I called Will's Plumbing and Testing. Unexpectedly, they answered the phone. I said I didn't need an emergency call that day but would appreciate an afternoon appointment as soon as possible. The soonest they had was Wednesday but offered to call me Monday morning if any cancellations came up. Lucky me, they were able to come today between 11AM and 1PM. Sam and Andrea were both very helpful in accomplishing this. The plumber, Marc Gonzales, arrived before Noon and provided his customary stellar service. He slipped on booties before coming in, took out the old faucet, installed the new, and double checked his work to ensure smooth operation, proper temperature, and no loose connections or leaks. He left the work area spotless and even disposed of my old unit for me. Hats off to the great team at Will's Plumbing and Testing.
