  Guys arrived late and were missing a few tools that would have made the job more time efficient. They were polite and hard workers, but business ethic needs improvement ( 2 no shows with no updates, late arrival, no written contract or proof of insurance- other than verbal). Their price was very reasonable. I think they are new, but have potential. If we hire again, I will make sure I have the papers first and make sure they hold their end up with timely arrival times

  It went great. First, let me tell you, Glen is a fantastic guy! He is professional, personable, has integrity. He came out on a Saturday to do a job! He came to wash some windows and screens on a 2 story house. When he encountered a problem, he didn't stop until it was resolved. I tried to assure him that it was fine. He called and text me to make sure things were fine. Again, I tried to reassure him that it was ok. He was quite schock that I still paid him for doing the job, I requested for him to do. He rendered a service, so he should have been paid. He was so grateful that he power washed our driveway and sidewalk at no additional charge. So, not only dis he correct the minor accident, he gave us an additional service! Don't think too hard about it. Just hire him. His prices are comparable to others too. You won't regret it if you hire him. �

  Impressive! Professionalism was through the roof! Got a call when I was on the line with the first company, who gave a higher price than Shine without seeing the property. But right away, Bryan asked if he could come over, measure and give a free estimate. He quickly assessed our gutters, gave a fair price, and a military discount I requested. He said they would come over today, the day of my request on Angie's List, and they came over promptly at 3:00 p.m. I heard how thorough they were, getting up on the roof, cleaning out the leaves and black debris. Didn't even have to check their work before they left. The sounds of cleaning were echoing so loudly that my little miniature Schnauzer-Poodle mix (Schnoodle) was protesting, ruff! ruff! Get off my roof, stop that cleaning! Usually, we have to haul away debris left in bags when a company cleans our gutters! "Not this time," my husband exclaimed! "Wow! they even bagged and took away the debris." There was just a little residue that had fallen on the side and in the brick pan at the end of one gutter, but nothing to write home about! It's normal when they are that dirty, and it washed away easily afterward. They tell you what they're going to do, and promptly, thoroughly, and fairly execute

  It went great. We watched them mow our neighbors yard for sometime and appreciated their work. You cant miss that PINK equipment trailer! I called them recently and glad I did. They reworked our beds and planted all the new flowers and the decorative plants we always wanted. They are very courteous and offered many helpful suggestions that saved us money. I have a happy wife. The old fence removal went well. They filled in the post holes, raked the area where the fence was removed and even dragged a powerful magnet throughout the area to remove the rusty nails and staples.   Just want to give Mike and his crew a HUGE shout-out for transforming our front yard from plain, dead and ugly to something we are really proud of. We lost alot of shrubs in the Feb. 2021 freeze. Knowing these shrubs had been planted around 25 years ago and had well established roots I knew this job was too much for us. Mike showed up prompt, had an estimate to me in a couple of days and the rest is history. They entirely reinvented my front and side beds plus built a stone retaining wall, etc. in one day!
