  Bill listened to our input and offered suggestions. We had estimates from other companies which suggested placing the AC unit where it would block our walkway and sprinkler, but was convenient to install. Bill gave us another option. He also suggested an additional 8 inch duct in our family room for improved cooling and heating. Juan and Francisco were very easy to work with during the installation. They worked with us and let us choose. Melissa and Christina spent a lot of time solving a problem with the Trane Warranty due to both Trane's website and also their call center employee who did not understand CA warranty law

  Duke did a great job at a fair price. We needed AC and decided to replace our old furnace at the same time. In addition Duke wrapped with insulating bubble wrap our old ducts that were exposed. He tied the drip line into our existing downspout in a neat fashion. I'd highly recommend him (he's a fellow submarine vet too!!).

  The consultation and install went great. Both times NWP came when they said they would. The install time was actually shorted than quoted which was great! They moved our thermostat from inside a closet out into our hallway with minimal damage to the old location - just needs a little patch and paint. After the install they made sure to clean up the little mess that was made. Nice team. Good work

  Now, this all happened several years ago, so take that for what it is worth. We needed to have a complete heating and air conditioning system installed from scratch. I had gotten 3 estimates, and the other two were about the same as each other. The price Gosal gave me was about $1000 cheaper, and that is why I gave them the job. The installation seemed to go well, and everything worked; however, the technicians who did the work were very unprofessional and made both my wife and my teenage daughter uncomfortable, to the point where they each asked me not to let these people in the house again. All the equipment seemed to be working at first, but after a couple of years the condensation drains stopped working properly, and I went under the house and discovered that they had been installed with a very low spot, requiring the condensation to run UPHILL in order to drain outside the house. I ignored that problem for a few years, but when the condensation began to run out of a ceiling fixture in the hallway, I had another company come out to evaluate the system and estimate repairs. <br /> It turns out that the drain pan under the A/C coil in the attic was not positioned properly, the drain lines were oriented uphill as they leave the cooling unit as well as uphill again when they got under the house, and when the company doing the repairs checked the pressure on the compressor they found that the compressor had been over charged, resulting in an unnecessarily high load on the system, which could result in early failure. The repairs are going to cost less than the amount I saved on the low bid, but in hindsight I would pay the higher bid for a more reputable company to do the job right the first time. <br /

  The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated
