Their manager and team of professional workers quickly analyzed the situation and removed the unsalvageable wet or damaged items in the home (flooring, carpeting, baseboards, some drywall, stand for garage appliances (A/C handler/heater, water heater), etc. They then quickly dried the remaining salvageable household areas. Their expertise in water damage mitigation and mold prevention was clearly evident and greatly appreciated.

I had so little water damage that the service provider clarified they only do big jobs with lots of water damage...so I appreciated the honesty and requested a refund.

Look, you're not calling a company like FWDR because something happy has happened... Our refrigerator flooded our kitchen - exposing a small, long-term leak that had slowly destroyed our cabinets, drywall, and floors without for years our knowledge. We now had ourselves a water damage AND a mold problem and had no idea where to start. We were lost and stressed and didn't know who to call. I did a quick search and found FWDR because of all of their amazing Yelp reviews. One call to FWDR turned a stressful situation into a manageable project with knowledgeable support all along the way. Javier was always able to quickly and patiently answer my questions (and I had a lot of questions), he referred us to several companies to deal with prerequisite issues (asbestos and lead testing and removal), and it felt like he was there to walk us through the whole process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience and consideration Javier, Santos, and Margarita showed every step of the way. They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. Attentive, detailed, courteous, patient, thorough, and going well above and beyond in customer service - you really can't ask for more from a company you never really want to have to call in the first place!

Justin's team were very pleasant and responsive to our water damage. They were very timely, which we appreciated.

I had a plumbing leak that flooded half of my home. Israel did a great job. He was friendly, hard-working, and very intelligent in his field. I will def recommend them and cannot say enough about how well-mannered all of them were.

He came to fix what i thought was water damage, turned out it was termites. I would recommend them to anyone.

My hot water pipe's pin-hole leak was now fixed; however, I had water underneath my engineered wood floors, and my drywall and 1-3/4 inch sub-floor was wet. I did my research on BBB and other review sites for local water damage restoration businesses. All Dry and Tidy was A+ with 5-stars everywhere! Called Mike Crawford. He came that afternoon at the appointed time, did a thorough review including the crawl space, took moisture sensing numbers, answered my questions, price was reasonable and I hired him on the spot! He brought in his equipment and was able to start that afternoon the drying process. His removal of baseboards and flooring was professionally done, including the clean-up. Due to the age of the house, he told me that I most likely had asbestos in my drywall. Mike coordinated everything for me! He arranged another company to do the testing and yes, it had asbestos. The asbestos abatement company then came followed by the lab work to ensure that everything had been removed. The process was seamless! Mike, a sole proprietor, came out daily, including weekends, to monitor the equipment and measure the moisture reduction. In the (hopefully) unlikely event that I get another leak, would I hire Mike again? Absolutely yes! Definitely would recommend due to his knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service! Thank you, Mike, for all that you did for my home!

I would hire Kevin and Alejandro again in a second! I felt very confident with their knowledge of what they were doing, and trusted that they were giving me the most fair deal. They even gave me discounts when they realized the work wouldn't require all that we had discussed. They were thorough, efficient, and of high quality. I am so glad I worked with them, because now I will reach out to them for any handyman need in the future.
