I was contacted by phone that morning to confirm that they would be at my house at 8:00, and they arrived at that time. Two men took one an a half hours to complete all three projects, and I was charged $165 for their work.   Cole & Angel came out to our home to clean our ducts. They were very professional and walked us through step by step process, showing us before and after pictures. They provided their services well under the cost bid by other electricians advertised on sites other than Angie's List. Chris' team was completely responsive to all questions and suggestions, and Chris was expert in problem-solving various problems in the outdated electricity of an older home. He was also willing to return twice to complete a couple minor tasks we forgot to mention to him for his bid, and was very on-task and efficient in use of time (not chatty) compared with other vendors we've met.   John inspected our furnace, he was very professional and did a very thorough job but encountered an unusual and difficult to diagnose situation. John immediately called an expert with 35 years experience and arranged for him to come to our home the same afternoon. We appreciate John's honesty and how courteous he was. Norman was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our unique problem which came from improper installation of equipment by the home's builder. Every detail was explained and he had specialized equipment which allowed us to see and understand the problem. Norm is an asset to be sure. Todd - Even though it was after hours, Todd came to our home that same evening. After a careful analysis our home he gave us multiple options to resolve the problem, full explaining every detail. Called them back a few days later and had something booked for later in the week. The arrived around 9am and quickly got to work. Installed all 8 lights in a few hours and no up charge.   They did the job eventually, but scheduling was like pulling teeth. The customer service rep would consistently promise a time and the time just kept slipping by the hour... Then by the day... Their technicians even came to my house and had to abruptly leave for another job before even starting the scheduled work.
