    We've used CJS three times now over two houses, and I can't imagine using anyone else. Their prices are competitive, the work is fantastic, they do a wonderful job of clean up and professionalism onsite, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Exactly what you're looking for with a company in this field. Each house we've owned got a new roof put on by CJS; we also had to have repairs done on the current home when a neighbor's tree fell on the house. They were able to nearly match 15 year old shingles, and no one knew otherwise. Responsive, quality work with professionalism and friendly work. The one thing I can say that gives CJS that added advantage: Denise in the office. A kind, caring person by nature, she also is a bulldog when it comes to dealing with your insurance company. On this last work, our insurance company undervalued a few items, and miscalculated area of guttering, and Denise got them to cover everything appropriately and without me lifting a finger. She's just that good. And cares about her customers. Nobody's ever happy to get a roof repair/replace done, but if you have to deal with a frustrating situation, there's absolutely no one better to help you out and take care of it for you. I'm not one to write reviews, I usually just say "I've got a company I recommend", but they are worth me taking the time to let the general public know, this is who you should use

    I was referred to CJS Roofing by a neighbor and I am so thankful for that referral. I was a new widow, who never had to deal with a home maintenance issue of the magnitude of getting a new roof and skylights installed before, especially on my own. Chris was on sight a lot, the crew worked hard, and I felt like they all really valued their relationship with me and took pride in the work they did. Denise was great at keeping me informed by email on where we were in the process. Best thing was, they always made me feel like I was the most important customer they had! And all of the work they did looks so, so nice! All businesses should follow their lead in providing quality work and in giving great customer service

    My home is one of the very old homes in St. Louis. When I had our roof redone there were 'surprises' that took extra effort and extra cost to correct. Chris was the fellow who walked us through all of it and I watched how carefully he proceeded. How calm and understanding he was and, due to impending rain, I saw that he personally (with one or two others) hustled in on a Saturday or Sunday morning to cover some exposed areas. Always attentive. Because of this I rehired for rental and again his folks worked above and beyond. I placed 4 rather than 5 for quality and for me that only is there to account for the fact that all was not perfect. What roof job would be? I suppose for brand new homes maybe. There was a 'quality' problem with rental that I brought up to Chris. He reviewed. Agreed. We both understood what had happened and why. (I must write here that this was my error, I did not get some tuck-pointing done that he had said should be taken care of before roofing). He corrected, at no cost, and again did so on a weekend. So that he could complete my job to satisfaction and remain on schedule with newer jobs. I will hire again. He's a good guy

    I would strongly recommend Wildwood Roofing to anyone and everyone! Mike Grossman was attentive to all of our needs and worked with our busy schedules. During the project, our fan fell from the ceiling and both Mike and Jared purchased and installed a new one for us, free of charge! Even after the project was done, Mike and his team came out to check on everything several times. We were very happy with the outcome and would definitely work with them again

    Wildwood roofing were initially contacted for a minor repair of fascia that was blown by the wind. The gentleman that was sent to assess the damage arrived on time, and asked permission to examine the roof. He alerted us that the roof has hail damage and recommended contacting the insurance company for assessment. He arrived again and examined the roof with the insurance adjuster. He was courteous and did not try to sell us any services. After receiving several bids, we decided to go with Wildwood because of the quality material that they included in their bid (others asked for additional payment to include these upgrades). The roof was completed by the promised time, and the crew that arrived was hard working and cleaned the area after they were done. The remainder of the repairs took a bit more time than I anticipated. It took about 3 months for everything to be done. Some of the delay however was related to a custom size skylight that needed to be ordered. It might have helped if they communicated more about the time frame for each stage of the repairs. Overall, I am pleased with the work done. I should note that the crews that arrived to perform the different jobs were always courteous and cleaned after they were finished for the day. Moreover, I received a timely response from their office manager, Tracy, whenever I sent an email to inquire about something. I communicated several time with Mike, the owner, and he always was responsive and answered all my questions. Full payment was only made at the completion of the work. I was even surprised that Mike did not require a downpayment before the start of the work. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others

    It was a little bumpy. They had quite an impressive sales pitch (which took too long) and then they failed to come through on a couple of the big attractions. They were very responsive and professional with the only caveat being they didn't get things ordered on time and it was, as I wrote above, bumpy. They were all very nice and knowledgeable and end product was excellent. Their lead carpenter and subcontractors were excellent. There was must more disorganization than we expected. I said above I would hire them again, which I would think about carefully, but overall, we are pleased. I would possibly recommend them to a friend, but would make it clear that you have to let them know immediately if something is not being delivered as promised, and you may have to be more patient than predicted. It's possible I wouldn't give them such a good rating if they weren't so very nice, but they are, and in the end, we love the work they did

    Working with Tom and his crew was great. Tom listened to what we needed, had a great eye for detail, and had a lot of helpful suggestions. He wasn't our first pick, as he was underbid by a competitor - who never showed up. Tom was on site quickly, and got things done quickly. The construction crew was courteous and listened to our concerns, and we were able to make changes as needed. Everyone including the plumbers and electricians were communicative and made us feel well-taken care of. I feel we got what paid for, and are very happy with the result

    I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. SIMMCO was the first company out of four that I contacted to respond to me. While others, including my insurance adjuster, said that they couldn't even inspect my roof for at least three days, Mike from SIMMCO was there the very next day, evaluating the damage and letting me know that the roof was still impermeable and that they would do the repair within the next two days. When Mike was called away for a family emergency, I talked with the owner himself who assured me that the work would be done quickly. He acted like my little repair job was their highest priority project, even though it of course wasn't. I got the same treatment from Mike when he was able to return to work. Bottom line is that these folks are extremely easy to do business with; friendly and very professional. The job was done right and at a more than fair price. I would not hesitate to call on these folks again should the need ever arise

    An outstanding job from beginning to end. Custom Discount Exteriors repaired and painted two time-worn door frames, repainted the front door, and repaired a 16ft section of soffit and fascia that had recently been damaged. This company did exactly what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. Communication was excellent and the price for the work done was fair.     I was totally amazed by the great customer service and professionalism of the company and their staff. From the office when communication was prompt when bad rainy weather put delays in our work, to detailed info about what to expect and steps to take to enhance a smoother encounter with a swarm of workers descending to accomplish a total roof replacement within just a few days, it was a very positive experience. After completion of the work, I was doing a walkabout around the house and lo and behold the owner of the company showed up at the same time and did his own inspection of the clean up after installation.     Excellent. Jason called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed the gas system and located three leaks and a faulty valve. He repaired the valve, determined what was needed to stop the leaks in this very old system and went back to the office to get additional equipment and supplies. He returned, made the repairs, checked the system and gave me the OK to call the gas company. The gas company came out, checked the system and turned the gas on. I am very pleased with the quality of service, the courtesy and professionalism of Jason. and the comfort I felt in dealing throughout the entire process. After getting a total of 4 bids for my roof replacement due to hail/storm damage. Wildwood Roofing was the most prompt affordable and responsive out of the 4 bids that I received.
