  I broke my wrought iron gate on Sunday morning and Adam answered on the second ring, asked if I could send some pictures of the problem and told me he would be there in 2 hours. Fixed the gate for a more than reasonable price especially for a weekend. Nice guy! I will 100% call him again, very highly recommended

  GREAT SERVICE! Called Andrews Mobile Welding. They came out early that same evening and fixed 3 hinges holding the gate to the driveway. They were On-time, VERY Pleasant and Professional, Competitive pricing, and when they left, the gate was as good as new! It's soo hard to find Polite and Professional young gentleman now-a-days. I already have them scheduled to come back in a few weeks to measure and fabricate a custom railing for my front steps. If you're looking for a welder - give them guys a call. You will not be disappointed!!

  The phone response was followed promptly by an on-site inspection & estimate. Munroe noticed a flaw in the design of the gate closure (which we had noticed but did not mention) and included its correction in the job. The worker came just when he had been scheduled, worked quickly and tidily. The gate now works and looks better than it ever did, even before the accident

  - The salesman promised a 6 week turnaround, took my deposit, and I never heard from him again. When I followed up, it turned out my order had not been started. - When the door was finally delivered, 3 months after my order, it had been made incorrectly. The specifications had not been correctly communicated by the sales team to the building team. I foolishly paid the balance, trusting that Pickle would resolve the problem. - It took months to get the corrected door and it was wrong - yet again. And still wrong third time. - Instead of working actively to resolve my problem and communicating with me, the folks at Pickle avoided me and did not return calls. Eventually I had to work through the owner's mother to get anything done. - The end product was never up to the quality promised but frankly, I gave up. Their poor service and lack of responsiveness wore me down. I've always wondered if the sales person sold something that was just beyond their capability. That can happen - but if it did, Pickle was responsible to either deliver or give me my money back. - This was 7 years ago so maybe things have changed but I'd suggest that anyone working with Pickle on custom work set some clear expectations and deadlines. And tie them to money. And talk to someone besides the salesperson to make sure that what is being promised is something Pickle can make. - I used Pickle because I'd heard good things about them. It is mostly the way they handled the problems - by ignoring me and avoiding me and frankly blowing me off that is the most frustrating problem

  The technician completely destroyed the left arm that holds the mailbox cover. A putty-like substance was stuck on the side of the mailbox to hold the screw in. The substance broke apart in less than 4 weeks. I was charged $460 for a shoddy repair job that has come apart.
