    Mike was very knowledgable and helpful with a possible fix with floating pool liner and he also gave us an honest answer on the life left on our liner. He also checked our pool light which is not working, but it's not because of the bulb being burned out. He gave a free diagnostic. He also broke down and washed the filter of our salt water system and his prices are better than all the companies I had used over the last 5 years. Quality of work thus far is great and I hope prices and quality do not deteriorate. I will continue using Flawless pools. So far so good

    Jeff and his crew did twice the usual work required to remove the pool from my yard since it was previously filled in without busting out the bottom. Over time, the pool area became a swamp, so the guys came in and dug out the pool, hauled away the dirt and debris that couldn't be re-used as fill, busted out the bottom of the pool, tore down the sidewalls about 24", removed a retaining wall, brought in new dirt to fill the area, graded my whole yard, and laid sod. Goodbye mosquito sanctuary! Now to the stuff that you are really interested in...My experience with Jeff and his crew was nothing short of pleasant. I found everyone in his crew was friendly, respectful, and had great work ethic. The most valuable thing, though, was the peace-of-mind I had about inviting strangers into my back yard...which was a concern of my wife's. The caliber of people that will be working at your house isn't something you'll find on your invoice, but it's definitely something I'm happy I paid for with Walter's Construction

I hired Pacific Pools to resurface, re-tile, and redo the coping around my gunite pool and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process from beginning to end! The customer service Randy and his crew provided was nothing short of exemplary. They walked me through the entire process while answering any and all questions I had, and answering them honestly. They showed up on schedule and finished the entire job in less time than I expected. Their motto should be "We Aim to Please" because they went above and beyond to make me happy. Dealing with Randy and Roberto was by far one of the best and easiest experiences I've had with any contractor and the price was more than fair for the quality work they did. This is a company with integrity and that's almost impossible to come by these days. Thanks so much Randy... I can't wait to enjoy my pool this summer

    So, they went ahead and drained the pool so they could measure it for the liner. Until the new liner came in we stopped everything and once the liner was in they would install the pump, liner and get the water to the correct chemical levels, etc. We feel that our pool is in the best shape it's ever been and feel confident they will be continuing to handle all our service needs and it will continue to be in terrific shape. Even though it is still too cool to dive in, we enjoy looking at it and look forward to enjoying it over the summer months

    My sand filter was leaking significantly, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. The filter is only three years old. On the phone, I described the problem and the technician said it sounded like the plastic housing at the top of the filter might have cracked, possibly because of the harsh winter weather. When he arrived to check on it, he removed the pressure gauge and immediately said that, no, the acidity of the water had eaten through the metal gauge and caused it to leak. He had a new gauge on his truck and simply screwed it into the sand filter. Problem solved. Because the job was so simple, he charged me only half the cost of a normal service fee plus the cost of the $12 pressure gauge. The total cost for the repair was $60.00, and the technician made several suggestions about slowly bringing down the acidity of the pool water (to prevent staining the sides of the pool). I have used other pool supply companies in the past, and they have routinely tried to exaggerate small issues into major repair and replacement costs, so it was refreshing to find someone whose one goal was to make things work properly. I felt like they more than lived up to the word "integrity" in the name of the company

    If I had known the removal would have been so stress free I would have done it years ago. Jeff gave us a quote and explained the process he would use. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. All the debris was removed and when he finished the backyard looked as though there was never a pool. He even stopped by and turned the sprinkler on my new grass when he picked up his equipment. If there was a better rating I would give it to him. I deal with suppliers and companies on a daily basis, and it is rare exception that someone does a better job that advertised

    I have a pretty large wrap around driveway, approximately 1800 sq. ft., that originally was covered in gravel. I contacted Wigginton Concrete for an estimate and Eugene responded in a very timely manner. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out a couple of days later where Eugene showed up at the exact time he promised and took measurements. He sent me the estimate just a few hours later. I found the estimate to be very reasonable so we moved forward with the job. Eugene had originally quoted that the job would take approximately 2 to 3 days. On the first day of the job Eugene and his crew showed up at 8:30 am, as promised, and began the work and by the end of the day my entire driveway was poured. The day after Eugene and his crew came back and completed a detailed clean up, completing the job ahead of schedule. - I am thoroughly impressed with Eugene and his entire crew. They all were very polite, professional and very efficient in their time management. I would recommend Wigginton Concrete and will most definitely hire them again should a need arise

    John is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. After he had replaced the spa pak, we were still having problems with the hot tub (not from his fix-but rather it started tripping the main breaker). John came out again-at no charge to us-just to verify that the work he had done wasn't causing the problem. He definitely wants to make sure his customer are happy. He suggested we have an Electrician come out-which we did-our hot tub is working as it is supposed to! Would recommend John to anyone having an issue with hot tub! <br /
