We had a leak under the sink. He quickly found a source of a leak -- the garbage disposal was rusting and leaking down the side. He replaced the garbage disposal, but the leak kept dripping water onto the ceiling of the room below. He came back out, had to cut holes in the ceiling below to find the source of the leak -- it was on the backside of a water pipe T-connector that the sealant had failed. That was replaced quickly and tested after the glue dried. No more leak. The only complaints were they ran out of time to come out the first day as scheduled so we had to wait until the next morning to get the disposal replaced, not using any of the water-using appliances in the kitchen that first day so as not to make the leak worse, and that we had to pay for two plumbing repair calls and then for our handyman to patch and paint the ceiling below the kitchen.

My water went out late Saturday and needed to be replaced. On Sunday I contacted Home Advisers online and entered my information. Within 5 minutes I was contacted by Michael Vasquez of Cornerstone Plumbing and Mechanical. He gave me the price for water heater replacement and set up an appointment for Monday morning. Michael was on time and began working immediately. Before noon I had hot water again, the price he quoted me didn’t change from our original phone conversation. I highly recommend Michael Vasquez with Cornerstone and will call him if needed in the future. He was nice, polite and answered any questions I had. Thank you Michael!

Good experience so far. Customer service reps were great in getting us scheduled asap and then very cooperative when I had to turn around and reschedule. Mitchell was our plumber, very conscientious and seemingly qualified. Did exactly what he recommended and told us he would do, did it quickly and neatly. Not sure if I got the best possible price, but unless it was extremely overpriced, would say that I am otherwise very happy with the experience.
