    Solar panel installation on roof of home went very well. Scheduled in May, install occurred in mid-August. SunBug was not the cheapest option, but very professional & prompt in communicating the details and coordinating the necessary paperwork with the electrical company. The installers worked quickly and did a fantastic job. I was nervous about having them work with the electrical system in a new home, but they were able to integrate with the circuit breaker with no issues and worked with me to make the necessary installed equipment (switch, meter, conduit down to roof, inverter, etc...) as unobtrusive as possible. We had a small wrinkle with their ability to install on a low-pitch dormer, but it was resolved after about a day, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Solar panels are generating about as much power as advertised, and though it has only been a few months there have been no hardware issues so far

    I had an exceptional experience with Dolphin. The team of Chris, Matt, and Andrew were awesome. They were professional, prompt, and did a fantastic job. They worked on my home for four days, insulating and air sealing the basement, attic, and walls. Even in my old (1880) home with plaster walls we had almost zero issues blowing in dense pack cellulose. They were super careful when working and clearly had lots of experience dealing with older homes like mine. They clearly took a lot of pride in the work they did. Our house is now noticeably warmer. We had a couple of rooms that were always much chillier than the others but now they’re toasty and warm and the drafts are now a thing of the past. Our house is also noticeably quieter as well. The cellulose in the walls does an excellent job absorbing sound. That was an unexpected bonus. They left our house clean at the end of each workday and all three never hesitated to stop and answer any questions I had during the process or to explain what they were doing. The office staff was also super helpful. I wish every job went this well. Thanks Dolphin

    Brightstar worked closely with me to install the maximum number of panels, 36 we could put on my roof. We selected panels without the silver traces and black surround so the would be relatively unobtrusive. See picture. Some of my trees since removed I have some shading from trees across the road but still make 10M watt/hrs/year. Since installation we had one of the 36 optimizers and an inverter fail - both replaced quickly under warranty and at no cost to me! Last week (March 21) I saw some intermittent inverter shut down that Brightstar were able to determine that the cause was utility voltage was out of specification. I also measured it as 130v that could be dangerous to electrical equipment in the 100s of homes on that circuit. The utility quickly verified this and replace their failed regulator.     I am extremely disappointed with MyGenerationEnergy. Last October I had them come out and replace 3 inverters on my solar system. They charge $150 for the first, and $30 for each additional. This month I had another failure. I was NOT notified that their pricing had changed to $250!!!! for one inverter! To have an established client, and within 6 months to almost double the price and then not notify until you bill them... Extremely shady Bait and Switch IMHO. I will be looking elsewhere if I need service again. UPDATE: My Generation Energy reached out about the issue and said it was a mistake on their end and have addressed and fixed it

All of our emails were answered in less than a day. The site visit and installation on time and conducted professionally. When we decided to add more panels to increase production, Josh's team worked quickly to redesign the layout and help us with the change order form. They also deal directly with the utility and SREC companies to get us set up. All documents were signed electronically.
