  Gavin and his team performed an amazing transformation on our three family condo building in Dorchester. The work was done expertly, on time and professionally. From prep to clean-up, everything was smooth. The team is great to work with.   We had last painted our house over 10 years ago and it was in dire need of carpentry work and exterior painting. I found it very easy to work with Real Painting from the start - they had solutions to all of our needs and the quote was detailed and easy to understand. The carpentry team was very skilled and their work exceeded my expectations for quality. The painting crew did an amazing job preparing the house for painting. They completely stripped the paint in most key areas and sanded the clapboards to perfection. Their attention to detail was immaculate - from caulking all to way to the finishing touches with our two-tone paint scheme. They also kept the site very clean. Everyone on the team was friendly, easy to talk to, and always showed that they cared for me as the customer.   Our experience with MA Design and Construction Co was seamless from start to finish. From the initial consult with a project manager to working directly with the owners of the company our front door project was as easy as renovations in your home can go. They were flexible about timing, communicative, and very easy to work with. We initially had our two front doors replaced and ended adding a portico to the front entrance as well. Marc, Raquel and their crew of many were able to accommodate our last minute request and finished the job with out pause. The carpenters and painters worked cleanly and did not leave any trace of their work behind, which is important for me with a dog, a few cats and small children. I look forward to working with this company again on the numerous projects around our home

  Tiago from M&S provided a reasonable quote and completed the work in a very timely and efficient manner. We were notified of when the work would be done and a small crew did the work in 2 partial consecutive days. I was surprised the room entry was sealed in plastic but it was to contain the odor from the radiator paint primer. We cleared small stuff and they moved and covered 3 heavy pieces. The room was cleaned and furniture put back in place when the painting was done. Two coats of paint covered the darker color on the textured walls. We are very happy with the brightened up room
