We moved into a beautiful new home in Aptos but our Terrazzo countertops were a little worse for wear due to acid etching and knife marks. We wanted the home to feel brand new, so we called out Mr. Peabody's to restore our countertops throughout our Kitchen, Master Bath, upstairs guest bath, and laundry room. Terry, the owner, was quick to respond with a visit to give us a reasonable quote considering how much polishing and sanding would be required to make them all like new again. Terry's stone refinishing team of Trenton and Gil came out and did an excellent job of restoring our counter surfaces throughout our house. It took one day for the kitchen and another for the bathrooms and laundry room. All of the appliances and fixtures were carefully masked off and in the original condition after the process, which was a big relief. Mr. Peabody's team was professional and courteous throughout the process. We highly recommend that you give Mr. Peabody's a call if you need your stone/quartz counters resurfaced. These guys are great at what they do!

It worked okay. They met my expectations. It was resurfaced to a degree that was acceptable. In fact after the first attempt I think either the sealant did not take so I called them and they came and did the resurfacing all over again. They really tried to get the customer satisfaction where it should be. It was good. The price was average. I was happy with the result. I would go with whoever will provide the cheapest service.

We called Mario after another contractor refused to work on our marble bathroom. He stated we needed a marble resurfaced for this job. We also had a fairly straight-forward regrouting job in a shower over tub with ceramic tiles. Mario was willing to do both, as well as sealing our granite kitchen countertops. Mario and his crew did an extraordinary job. His expertise with marble was terrific. He managed to polish the countertop in our master bath, where there was a serious etched area, to look like new. The whole bathroom, which is entirely marble, looked like when it was first installed. The other bathroom was more of an ordinary job. His price on this aspect of the job was lower than others. Overall, while we ended up paying more than we originally anticipated, we felt we got a whole lot of work out of Mario and his crew. They were absolutely professional and trustworthy, and very hard-working. A pleasure to do business with, and highly recommended.

They did an excellent job refinishing especially the color White sands made the vanity looked brand new. It went well with the refinished cabinets I did myself. I am so impressed with customer service too who answered all my questions. Jeannie and her team were excellent. Michael, the technician took his time to explain care and maintenance. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

He did a great job! He was running late by 30 minutes due to traffic but called me and let me know. He was professional, neat, and did an excellent job. The countertops look new! And he instructed me on how to keep them looking that way. Turns out I was using a cleaner (409) which strips the sealer away.

. Mario is professional, courteous, prompt, and did his work diligently. After an hour or so an Assistant joined Mario in getting our kitchen counters serviced. They work well as a team, were pleasant, thorough and best of all our marble counters and entryway look vastly improved. Danny was very helpful and went out of his way to fabricate bullnose tile that had been broken during installation of new counters. I would use DH Tile again and be confident of excellent work and good customer service.

Everything fit perfectly, finish work was excellent. All drawers were fitted with interior pullout drawers which optimized available space. All items were delivered on schedule. Countertop refinish made them look better than when they were new. Cost for everything was highly competitive

I found MB Marble Resurfacing through Angies List. I reached out to Mario (the owner) and scheduled him to visit our home and provide an estimate for polishing and sealing of all the granite surfaces in our kitchen (counter tops, backsplashes and island) and to fill numerous holes in our downstairs travertine tile floor (we have travertine tile in the kitchen and nook, plus in the main entrance hallway). We bought the house brand new back in 2000. The kitchen and tile have seen a reasonable amount of traffic over that time. We have never had the granite professionally cleaned before (we tend to keep it clean by wiping down with soapy water). Most of the granite is in great condition, but the areas behind the kitchen sink and the stovetop were worse for wear, and the area behind the stovetop was greasy. We have attempted to fill some small holes in the travertine floor ourselves over time, but more holes had appeared and it was time to get professional help. Tomas arrived just before 8:00am on 11/7/2014 to work on the job. Tomas was very clear on what he was going to do in terms of refinishing the granite and the travertine. We toured the areas to be worked on and I pointed out the areas of concern for me (backsplash behind stove, holes and cracks in floor). Tomas got started on the job and about 90 minutes later let me know the treatment on the granite was complete. He did a wonderful job! All the granite looks brand new. He then got to work on the travertine tiles which took about 2 hours. Tomas recommended the tile surface be left to dry for about 5 hours, which we did. One day later we noticed a couple of minor issues with the travertine fixes. Tomas missed one small area where there were 2 holes. And one of the holes he had filled (just about the biggest hole), the level of the filling had dropped so it was not level with the tile surface. I reached out to Mario and asked if we could have someone stop by to address the minor issues. Mario was happy to assist. He scheduled Tomas to come out again a couple of days later. Tomas arrived as scheduled and the job was completed. I am very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Mario and Tomas. They did an outstanding job. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and I will be using their services again in the future.

I reached out to the owner, Mario, to schedule him to come look at our Carrera Marble countertops in both kitchen and master bath. I left a voicemail on Friday and the following Monday, he contacted me and was able to come out the same day to assess the countertops and provided a proposal by the end of the week. It was easy to get scheduled for the polishing and resurfacing, with not a ton of lead time, and Mario was excellent in following up and confirming our appointment the day before, so we knew for sure that someone from his team would be coming out to perform the work. The day of service, Tomas was our technician. He was prompt and professional, and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier with our 'new' countertops, as they are so sleek and polished, they look practically like they did when we first bought our home! Additionally, the cost was very fair/competitive for the work performed, and the flexibility of how to make the payment was appreciated. We would highly recommend MB Marble Resurfacing and will most certainly be scheduling them for our marble polishing and sealing needs in the future!

We could not be happier. Mario and his guys, Tomas and Daniel did a beautiful job. Mario was prompt in every communication and came right out to give us a bid, which was more than fair. The floor in our master bath is a combination of honed Carrera marble and limestone, but from the time of installation there have been problems with the limestone. Mario and his crew, thank you Tomas, made the limestone look so much better. We couldn't be happier and this is saying a lot because we had been very unhappy with the look of the floor until MB Marble Resurfacing worked on it. They are true craftsmen. In addition, they are extremely courteous and prompt. For example, when the guys got stuck in traffic, they called immediately to tell me they would be late. That turned out to be only 5 minutes. But I appreciate their professionalism and thoughtfulness. We will most definitely be using MB Marble Resurfacing again, and we heartily recommend their services. They will not disappoint.

They didn?t do a good job in refinishing the cabinets and the granite countertops. They sanded the cabinets till the end of the soft wood underneath. There was also a crack on the granite. I would consider using them again depending on the work that I need to get done.

The first thing I wanted done was the kitchen and bathroom. Hands-down, they are the most awesome crew to work with! Ari took the time needed with us to make sure both remodels were to our desire. Even with me changing my mind several times at the last minute, he still accommodated with a smile. The follow up once the installation is complete is top notch. To me, this was a tale of two projects. At the beginning, everything moved along without a hitch. The estimate was fast and thorough. The cabinet team showed up when scheduled, and completed what they needed to do in a timely manner, and the same thing with the floor guys.There were the inevitable hiccups, and those were handled quickly and professionally. (Examples: Some of their measurements were slightly off, and they were able to get replacement cabinets made that day. One of their machines broke, causing them to miss half a day.) After they finished the majority of the installation, things seemed to fall apart. Materials were delivered to their shop, where they sat for over a week, only to be thrown away and reordered again. On two separate occasions, they missed appointments to finish the job – the first one, one of their machines broke (again), and they cancelled an hour or so before they were supposed to arrive, and the second time they just didn’t bother to show up for at all. They finally completed most of the punch list a month and a half after they were scheduled to finish. (They never finished touching up the paint – I got tired of waiting and did it myself.) To make up for the delays, they offered credit to be used toward cabinet accessories. I selected the items three weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything after asking three times for an update. Overall, I had to take way too much initiative to see that the job got finished, calling or emailing frequently to keep it on their radar.

From the first day, Mark and John, our head contractors, would take the time to answer all our questions (in person, via phone, and via email) and walk us through each step of the remodel project. Our remodel project consisted of a complete kitchen remodel (demolition, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, finishes), removing one wall between the kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom remodel (demolition,plumbing, electrical, finshes), re-carpeting one room, installing laminate wood on one staircase, and refinishing all the hardwood floors in our house. They completed the work on time and didn't try to fit in other small jobs between ours. The ADH team was very helpful with suggestions on materials and design elements for each project. In the kitchen, they installed Sensa granite countertops, Timberlake cabinetry, and Bedrosians floor tiles. In the bathroom, they installed Piedrafina marble shower walls and vanity countertop, Timberlake vanity cabinet, and Bedrosians floor tile. Everything looked great and we couldn't have asked for more. One thing that I appreciated about working with Mark and John is that there was no cost over-run. The quote at the beginning is exactly what we paid at the end of the project. I would suggest being certain and clear about what your vision is for the project and getting it documented in the contract.This being my first time doing a remodel, I realize that I was not as prepared with making decisions as I should have been. That said, ADH was very accommodating of change orders during the project and was very reasonable about pricing. This was definitely a pleasant experience all around. Thanks ADH!!

We contracted Everlast earlier this summer for a guest bath and bedroom remodel (wall resurface and paint, new flooring). The process was quick and easy and overall quite painless. The bathroom came out exactly as I envisioned and we have been waiting a long time to renovate our kitchen. Ariel did a great job installing the tile flooring and in general the professionalism was great. He arrived on time for the estimate and the 4 weeks work, worked diligently and professionally. And he completely cleaned up the work area every day. Our new cabinets, pantry, recessed lights, countertops, backsplash, fireplace, flooring and more are all of excellent quality and competitive price. We love our new place and highly recommend them!
