This was probably the smoothest home improvement project we've had. The guys were on time, did the job in the time estimated, did everything they could to keep the house clean. They were very considerate of our needs during the process.

Everything went well. They were professional, delivered the plans on schedule, and were consistent in their follow up. Ultimately, we went with another company's designs which was no fault of Best Value.

Marina designs baths and Dario kitchens. They are delightful personalities - easy to work with and fun. The bathroom design was easy - Marina understood my taste after a visit to the house. The results are better than we ever dared hope - absolutely gorgeous. The laundry room is a converted pantry - it turned out well. Somehow Dario got Crystal to match the ten-year-old cabinets in our kitchen; one can't tell the new from the old even when the sun shines in from the skylight! He added a few decorative touches which updated the kitchen and made the new blend with the old. We love it!

The service was a complete waste of money. The “custom” bathroom design consisted of him drawing a couple of rectangles on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper with the dimensions of my bathtub, toilet and vanity. It was a complete joke and useless. There was no “design” involved. He did not ask me for any of my input or ideas about what I wanted and was impatient and cranky. Don’t know if he was having a bad day or if he is always that way. The “service” was basically just me paying him to get a quote for the job. I didn’t even get a copy of the drawing; when I told him I thought his “desgn” service was a misrepresentation and not worth the $200 he listed as the value, he got angry, grabbed his “drawing” and left. I asked him what I was paying for and his response was “for me to drive all the way down here.” (I noticed that in his most recent ad, he is now valuing the service at $99. In my opinion, it is worth nothing. ) He didn’t do anything differently than other contractors I received estimates from, only their input was free and they listened to what I wanted. He said they did a lot of custom bathrooms, but had no interest in listening to what I wanted. Just showed me some low end vanities that he could get a discount for and a cheap toilet and bathtub. Recommended a vinyl-type flooring. None of that was what I wanted. When I said that wasn’t what I wanted, he said something along the lines that “I could spend more for something crummy from Home Depot” in a tone that indicated I would be an idiot if I did that. I have just finished my bathroom remodel with another contractor. It is completely custom, has beautiful Italian tile and many custom touches. The contractor and I designed it together, it is gorgeous and it cost only a little more than the low-end bathroom he quoted me on.

I complained about the quality of their 3D rendering and wrote a bad review. They called me to find out what I did not like and then were very responsive. They purchased new 3D software and were very concerned with making sure I was a satisfied customer. This is a very responsive company. So far I haven't done the work but I would consider them when I do.

I was not too impressed with their service. They just sent a sales guy out and did a small drawing. It was not what I was looking for. However, scheduling was fine.

Mike came by my house and began by telling me that if I got work done it would be expensive because my bathroom was large. He stated that he was telling me this because he did not want to create a design with a quote and then I think it was too expensive. He said he did not want to "waste his time." I let him know that I have gotten a few quotes and understand the price. He spent a few hours at the house gathering measurements and said he would submit a design and quote in a few days. Remember, all I purchased was a design regardless if I got the work done or not but in this case I was very interested in having him do the work. I received an e-mail a few days later saying that part of his team quit on him and that he could no longer do bathrooms like mine and I should go to Angies List and get a refund. Mike has been in business for more than thirty years and seems like a nice man. I am surprised that he could never do a bathroom like mines again. He completely wasted my time. I would definitely not recommend.

The first thing I wanted done was the kitchen and bathroom. Hands-down, they are the most awesome crew to work with! Ari took the time needed with us to make sure both remodels were to our desire. Even with me changing my mind several times at the last minute, he still accommodated with a smile. The follow up once the installation is complete is top notch. They actually care what your kitchen looks like when they're done and go to great lengths post-install to make sure you're happy. I would classify them as perfectionists. It's truly a pleasant experience from the moment you open your door to their project manager or the first phone call you make. You will not be disappointed in any way, shape or form. I was originally a little disappointed with the final work product - the 3D drawing and how long it took them to deliver the drawing. However, I was impressed that the Owner called me to apologize for the delay and informated me that the Angies LIst deal caught them off guard with the response. The Owner then personally sent me a check to reimburse me. I thought this was very admirable and thus I would give them another shot when I have future work.

The design aspect of it cost $5000.00. Their service and their work were great. She was very receptive and she had really good taste. It was beautiful and it was well done. She supervised the work very well.

Fail to show up for apt he came and told me that I choose the wrong service he doesn't design bathrooms and that was it. I don't think I like Angies service it is confusing and manipulating. I need help to redesign my bathroom it is dated. Any suggestions?

It went okay. They gave me some ideas for a bathroom remodel. I had to ask for a redo a couple of times.

Ari with Everlast Construction was a pleasure to work with on our remodel in Walnut Creek. He was always professional, prompt and responsive. He followed up on every request I made during the process, and handled every detail for us since we were not onsite during the work. He understood our wants and needs well, and offered good advice when requested. He was always prompt for meetings, and followed-thru on commitments that he made. I think that you would be hard-pressed to find a more honest and conscientious contractor to work with.The job site was always tidy, organized and the workmanship is wonderful. He turned our dated 50s house into a space we are thrilled to use for years to come. We highly recommend Everlast Construction.

He showed up in his own car, not a company car. He didn't even have an email address, he was using his wife's personal email. He was very personable but we felt that this behavior and his presentation lacked professionalism.

All he did was come out and gave me the same type of estimate as the other contractors that I had come out.

They came out right away for the appointment. We were not too thrilled with the outcome. We felt it was too high of a price for the work that was done.

They said that Angie’s List was supposed to credit back the money as they’d gotten too many orders; I never got a refund. They never came, either.

The agent that came was very focused on having the clients sign the contract. The man had not even taken measurements of the kitchen and bathroom when he was pressuring us to sign a contract. They called back asking again about signing the contract after they left, I requested to see the designs and they said they'd get back with me within 15 to 30 days. I still have not heard anything 35 days later. It was a very negative experience for us, I strongly suspect that we have yet to see anything because the measurements were never taken.

It was not good. We didn't get any plans as mentioned. They came out to do the measurements for the plans but then they did not send anything. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. A person came and took the measurements but apart from that we had nothing else. Earlier the response was quick and they came as per the appointment but later on it was not that good.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received yesterday. I had asked for a personal reference for a customer that had used him specifically for cabinets. He because defensive and pushing me to take the deal/job. Demeaning towards me when I asked for the feedback. Then he said I'm not going to waste my time with you. I just wanted one reference. We waited for the reference that was coming back from his office. I asked contact, a business card. He went to the car and did not return. He left. Then later the guy that was here had his partner call and ask if wanted to go cabinet shopping without any apology or references. I declined. This was a very unprofessional and a horrible experience.
