GREAT TO WORK WITH. HAD DAMAGE DONE TO DRIVEWAY SHORTLY AFTER SEALING. THEY WORKED WITH ME IN A TIMELY MANNER TO REDO AND DEAL WITH THE PARTY THAT DID THE DAMAGE.

May Sealing fixed a small gash in my driveway caused by my snow removal contractor. Mike May, the owner, came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate and he thoroughly explained what work would be done and what to expect from the job. The job was completed the following afternoon. I have used May Sealing in the past and have always found them to do great work. I will have them back when it warmer this summer to seal the entire driveway. They also gave me a 10% Angie's List discount.

Doug got back to me within a day or two of my sending him an email (unlike most other companies). He gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled a time to come out. Rain put him behind schedule, but when I explained I had a party planned for the next day he had his crew over to my house in an hour. They spent a long time cleaning the driveway (it needed it). The bill came with an extra $10 for cleaning, but I was OK with that given how thorough they were.

Got an estimate, no problem. Waiting for good weather (which took quite a while, but I got on the list in the winter), then because of a change weather, they came on a Saturday. Great for me. Two nice workmen came on time. They filled the cracks, left for while while they dried, then came back and filled another crack they had missed. Then they applied the sealer, and the guy who does this is really experienced. Very careful and detailed, like a house painter goes right up to the edge freehand. Impressive. They were done before lunch. They put up cones to prevent anyone driving on it, and of course, a squirrel ran right through the wet sealer...when they came back the next day to remove the cones, he fixed the squirrel tracks pretty well and a track where my gate wheel had been. Piece of cake. Everything looks awesome and my neighbors are swooning over it! Great job, well done for a reasonable price. Nice owners, office staff, and crew. Recommended!

They did a fantastic job. They had very talented people who knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to others. They provide quality work.

Very disappointed. Quality of work unsatisfactory. Uneven surfaces throughout, not compacted to standards, loose material… it appears to be their first time… would not recommend!

Glenn was easy to work with, gave a clear bid, and did the work on time and just as we had hoped. Will be bringing him back in the Spring for a re-seal of the whole parking area.

Terrible. I thought the cost was too high to begin with, but I had a time factor, and he could do the work immediately. But, he did not use the right materials, he did a poor job, and 10 days later, it's still not dry. Even walking on it leaves permanent, tarry footprints. My driveway looks worse than before the job was started. We did reach an agreement for a refund of all but $125 for materials, but with the mess my driveway is in, I feel that's still too high. I will say that Nick was very polite, and returned my phone calls immediately (the only seal coating company that did), and showed up precisely when he said he would.

I had talked to Doug when he was doing my neighbor's driveway. He came by a few days later, and we told him what we wanted done. As we had a power washer, he used that because the last person to seal the driveway had not done it properly and the top was coming off. He cleaned the drive and came back the next day and did the work. Doug is very hard working and very easy to work with.

Our driveway had not been sealed for about 15 years, but following Southbay Paving's recommendation, two coats filled many of the cracks completely. Job was postponed a few days due to damp weather, but I was notified in advance of the delay and the job was done per quote and looks great!

ALL STATE PAVING IS A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES PAVING, GRADING, SLURRY SEALS AND RESURFACING, ALONG WITH FREE ESTIMATES. WE LIKED THAT THEIR ESTIMATION FOR OUR DRIVEWAY DID NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL WORK DONE ON OUR DRIVEWAY, AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY PERFORMED.

they didn't use the tack coat, didn't compact well, left blank spots, put down about a quarter of the thickness quoted. The stuff is completely unbonded and crumbly in spots and started coming loose in a day. They didn't seal it yet, and are not returning text or calls.

It went great. Joe, Ben and Jack were professional, fast and paid meticulous attention to detail. It came out so much better than I thought it would. Even impressed the neighbors. They ripped out my old oleanders and fixed the whole thing so it looks very good.

They were good. It took them a long time to actually get the appointment set up, but their service was good. I'm not sure what the issue was. They respond to inquiries promptly, but they didn't give me an answer on a date, and my assumption was they got more business than they expected to out of that deal and had some difficulties scheduling.

They did a great job for us. The price was competitive with other bids and was completed within the estimated time frame. After completion, we noticed a very small area that wasn't sealed as well and Vince came out and redid it within a day. I would highly recommend Vince's Landscaping to anyone who needs a responsible job done in the right way. My driveway is beautiful!

Luiz is professional and was extremely helpful when we chose materials. He took the time to make sure we were happy with the most cost effective materials. He purposed many materials, textures and colors for our paver project.The work team was professional and efficient. The project went smooth and was completed on time as planned. I highly reccomend Select Pavers for landscaping projects.

They were very professional. I think they were very detail orientated. They arrived on time to our home. I think they did a great job and I thought their price was very reasonable considering that there aren't many companies that do this sort of work.

First of all, Steve's bid was about half that of other asphalt companies we contacted (most of which only handle commercial or large residential jobs). Some would do the job but for not less than their minimum fee (regardless of how small the area). One company referred us to Steve, saying he handles smaller asphalt jobs and also works throughout the Bay Area. During our initial call, we told him of our previous experience. So he detailed for us his procedure and asked us to run it by the inspector for his approval beforehand. We did and he did. The day of the job, Steve got right to work. The asphalt removal and replacement was hot, messy, and dirty work, but when he and his helper left, the area was neat and swept clean. The inspector came by as they were finishing up. Inspection was passed, and the permit was signed off!

All American Paving provided the best quote at $12,000, and while walking through with George to discuss the asphalt paving, it seemed George understood that we were only needing a temporary (10 yrs temporary) measure. We weren't looking to have a permanent long lasting solution, but something that did fix all the pot holes and vegetation overgrowth on the sport court and the driveway. We scheduled to have George and his team come out for two days in July. He arrived right on time the 1st morning. They were very speedy and efficient. At the end of the 1st day, George called me and said they were done. He explained to me that he had another job that started the next day, so he crammed my job all into one day. However, I don't think they compacted the filler for the hole enough, since I needed them to come back out a month later to deal with the sunken spot and refill a little more. It now looks like I have a bit of a pitcher's mound, but that wasn't a big deal. Additionally, I didn't realize at the time, when he quoted the job that he didn't include and quot;sealing the asphaltand quot; as part of the paving the areas in asphalt. I had to pay for that separately when we called All American back out. I'm not sure if I was getting fleeced, since it then cost another $1,300, as he quoted to me on the phone. Additionally, I am not sure if I had heard him wrong, but when the sealing was completed, his employee came to collect the check, asking for $1,500. I'd already cut the check for $1,300, so his employee accepted it and was off. I don't know if I was in the wrong for not checking that his asphalt paving should have included a sealant service in the quote, but it definitely left me with a bad feeling when the cost for the sealant kept going up.
