  It went perfect. When I first called I was looking to have radiant barrier done. They took the time to explain issues they had noticed with radiant barrier and advise to go with blown in insulation even though it was less expensive. They could had just sold me the more expensive radiant barrier and I would have never known about the issues. Nice to know there are still honest contractors out there. They even helped with my CPS rebate. They were on time and when they finished they not only cleaned up but left the area cleaner than it was before they started. Would 100% hire them again

  Alamo Pet Doors and Pet Fences team installed a pet door and dog run. Their service is professional in that they arrived as expected and performed the work to my satisfaction. They were able to meet my short timeline to complete the project, and provided receipts and quotes for items purchased. The team worked well together and had good ideas on how to anchor and floor the dog run. They built a ramp for the dogs which has worked out very well for the dogs to get in and out of the pet door. I would highly recommend this provider and would use their services again. <br /

  This was my first time to use Reliant Remodeling for a project, and I was satisfied overall with the results. It took a bit of back-and-forth communication to get an estimate from Dustin and to arrange a starting date, but the after the work started, it was finished right on time. The work site was left clean at the end, and a few minor glitches were fixed soon afterwards within a day of my reporting them. I was especially impressed with the spreadsheet that Reliant uses for estimates and the amount of detail it contains about what is to be done. The spreadsheet also breaks down costs for each individual step. That helped me easily decide before the work started to eliminate one step of the project that would have cost an additional $700 or so. It was a new experience for me to work with a contractor who asks the client to purchase some of the building supplies out-of-pocket from recommended suppliers such as the two main building supply national chains. (In this case, I chose and paid for the tile, grout, and plumbing fixtures at the stores. There were advantages and disadvantages to that approach: I liked the flexibility of shopping for and buying the tile myself, in terms of both the selection and price (even though it did take me several days and lots of driving to do it, given that this involved first browsing at, and then returning to make purchases from, several different stores around the city in order to get everything that was needed). On the other hand, getting the plumbing supplies by myself was a huge pain! I know very little about plumbing materials, and the employees at the big-box stores were absolutely NO help at all with my ‘shopping list’. As a result, I ended up spending considerably more on the shower fixture bits than was really necessary. This was a small task by remodeling standards but it was a tough one, and Reliant did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend them and would consider them for future projects

  I originally hired Concept to replace the vinyl siding on my house and my chimney with Hardie board siding.&nbsp; The work was done promptly, professionally and at a reasonable, fair price.&nbsp; They even went over my expectation by painting the work which I did not contract for.&nbsp; As a result I asked for a bid for the roof replacement needed from a recent hail storm.&nbsp; I&nbsp;received a fair bid and hired them for this project as well.&nbsp; I am very particular and reached out to the owner multiple times before and during the project&nbsp;for reassurance for questions and concerns&nbsp;and to make sure that all my expectations were going to be addressed.&nbsp; The owner was very patient with me, returned calls timely,&nbsp;explained everything to my satisfaction and got me the exact shingle type and color that I requested. The shingles were delivered on the day I was told and the bundles were placed on my roof and not in my driveway as some of my neighbors had experienced to their inconvenience with parking.&nbsp; I am very pleased with the results.&nbsp; The employees that roofed the house were very prompt, clean and respectful to my property.&nbsp;It started raining during the installation and they made sure that&nbsp;the roof was weathered-in and would not leak.&nbsp; The owner even reached out to me that evening to reassure me and let me know that if I had any problems he would&nbsp;come remedy the issue&nbsp;no matter what time it was. It was not necessary as there were no problems that night. &nbsp;They finished the job on the day&nbsp;it was promised.&nbsp; They warranty their work for 5 years. The owner also pointed out other things that I had not thought of and other solutions to some issues.&nbsp; I asked if he could have the old gutters removed as these were going to be replaced later and he did that too and hauled them away! &nbsp;I was concerned about the ridge vent on my shed because dirt and debris were getting in under it and&nbsp;getting into&nbsp;the shed.&nbsp; He suggested a lower profile ridge vent that would make it more difficult to have debris get in under it.&nbsp; So far it is working fine. The roof looks great and so does the Hardie board siding.&nbsp; I could not be more satisfied with a company.&nbsp;I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price
