Description of Work
A&R was painting my next door neighbor's house at the same time my painter's were finishing up a poor paint job on my house. Once I was rid of the bad painters, I asked A&R if they would come look at my house to assess how they could clean up the previous paint job and otherwise repaint the house. Roy was responsive up to the point that I wrote a deposit check for the work. Part of my contract including color consultation by their color specialist, valued at $300. I received this consultation and then things fell apart.

Description of Work
We contracted with A&R to paint the exterior of both our primary residence and rental property during the summer of 2007. The bid on our 3300SF primary residence was $6300; the bid on the 1800SF rental was slightly higher at $6600, even though it was a smaller house, due to the fact that it needed significantly more work done (scraped, sanded, and primed on 3 sides due to significant sun damage). We decided to use Sherwin-Williams Superpaint on both homes.
