    I'd use Paul Brinkman and his assistant again without hesitation. They came out the same day, rescued our cars from the garage in seconds and were all done with their recommended work in a little over two hours. I was worried that they'd want to replace more than was really necessary but they gave us three options and even the most expensive one was clearly, in my entirely unqualified opinion, warranted. They replaced both springs, the roller they were on and the associated pulleys and cables, along with the pins and bearings between the door and its track, then tightened and lubricated everything. It was more expensive than I'd imagined but not eye-wateringly so and the components used were visibly upgrades. If the replacement lasts just ten years, a third as long as what it replaced, the cost will amortize to peanuts

When an unexpected problem came up, he talked to me and we agreed what to do. The work was completed promptly and the price was as we agreed. Now the door works great. One minor complaint: the technician arrived later than the appointment we made the previous day. But he called well before the appointed time, said he would be late and we agreed on a later time the same day

    Edi is Awesome! My garage springs broke at 7:30am, called Edi and he was at my house by 8:00am!! Fixed everything perfectly and quick! He even took the time to program my cars to activate my garage doors, I tried so many times to do it on my own but was not able to. I thought I had the rolling code garage door openers, so I never attempted and always had to carry my remote. But Edi looked at it and 2 minutes later my car garage opener worked! A+ Service!

    Yesterday, my wife hit the Home Link by accident (thus closing the garage door) while backing up our Tesla X out of garage without looking at the rear view screen. The door was damaged badly, bulging out extensively and could not close or open, but left a gap for animal or people to squeeze in. Precision's desk manager was very considerate and arranged a same-day service in the late afternoon. She sent a senior mechanic, James W., who came soon after. James restored the door into near original shape with full functions in a couple hours. He also went over patiently the options on replacing with a new door. James was a friendly and highly capable mechanic, he did an excellent job.     Eli said that I will love my kitchen when it's done. He's right; I totally love it. You can't tell that there was ever a wall in the middle of my new space. The guys who hung my cabinets were total pros; everything is flush and level; no scratches on the finish. The counter top is a work of art; all of the custom cuts are perfect. The tile work is excellent, both on the backsplash and the floor. The wood flooring looks beautiful. They did a great job installing the appliances; all of them function perfectly. Just tell Eli if you don't like the way something turned out, and he will have it fixed to your satisfaction. He also did not overcharge for change orders. I had that problem with a previous contractor. M&M Construction has the architect and engineer in house, so when the original plans submitted to the city didn't work out because the structure of my house was different than expected after they opened up the walls, he was able to submit alternative plans to the city at no additional charge to me.
