  Carlos was our technician. We had a lower estimate from a competitor, however we chose SoBellas for their honesty. Their competitors told us that our existing breaker box could handle a dual AC system. Carlos was honest and said that his quote was going to be higher because a new breaker panel was essential to ensure that the AC ran smoothly and blow fuses when running other appliances. His truthfulness was a key part of our selecting SoBellas despite a higher estimate. The job was started on time. The contractors were professional and they completed the job within a couple days. No home improvement goes exactly as planned, but for our service calls SoBellas was timely and they fixed the issues we were having expediently. Now it is 103 degrees outside and we have a cool 72 degrees inside. We are 110% satisfied with our service from SoBellas. If you live in the El Paso area, there is no reason why you should not choose SoBellas for your AC needs

  Timothy fit me into his busy schedule he was booked for the day but generously squeezed me in, my dryer wasn’t heating turned out it just needed to be recharged which he figured out very quickly my dryer is now working as good as ever I would definitely recommend Kings appliances it’s so hard to find generous honest people like this and I will definitely be using king’s appliances again if ever needed in the near future thank you so much Timothy

It was late in the day so early the next morning I got a call from John Marsh from" ceiling fan and major appliance repair." I was confused until John explained Pop had retired and John had bought Pop's business. I agreed to have John come out and am glad I did. John was polite, prompt and professional.   Amazing! Staff person very patient, spent over an hour with me. With the video, he was able to figure out that the condenser fan wasn’t working. And, he suggested that I use a house fan to cool the condenser, so freezer would start to work (It did!!!) while I ordered the fan part and figured out who could install it. Respectful Courteous Professional (called me Sunday morning right at the time I requested) Knowledgeable Patient (he was fine waiting while I got a tool from my neighbor to take some nuts off so he could see into the back) I couldn’t believe the incredible service for only $35! Best bargain I have ever seen on the Internet

  Brad Mason was the lead electrician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, smart, thoughtful, meticulous, on time, and an excellent listener and communicator from the initial visit to obtain a quote until the completion of work today. I knew what to expect before work began each day and there were no surprises with cost because I had a written quote detailing work and pricing. It took 4 days to complete work. There were a couple of problems discovered that I will have to address before Mr Mason is able to fully complete all work, but all that was completed was satisfactory and done well. I plan on having Mr Mason return in about 2-3 weeks to do additional work. I would recommend Mr Mason and Mr Electric to take care of your electrical needs. I felt Mr Mason was able to offer his expertise and services that best fit what I needed and I also felt for the work that was done that their prices were most reasonable for the quality of work I received.

We thought we'd have to replace the icemaker, but he notified us that we had a leak in our double water valve that was causing the issue as well as the broken ice maker. He was a very nice guy.   I purchased a new Whirlpool French door refrigerator from an Internet appliance dealer. &nbsp;Delivery was included in the price, but installation was not. &nbsp;No problem - surely I could find someone to install a new fridge, right? <br /> I called a handyman service that I'd used in the past, but they were booked for several days and I wanted my new refrigerator in place as soon as possible. &nbsp;I turned to Angie's List and found Jiffy Delivery and Installation. &nbsp;I called and left a message with their answering service and was promptly called by Brett Dalton. &nbsp;He was able to schedule a next-day install. <br /> Brett called me the next morning to let me know that he was running a little late, which was not a problem for me. &nbsp;He and his assistant soon arrived and got to work. &nbsp;They determined that they would be able to move my new fridge inside without removing either the fridge doors or my front door, which simplified the process. &nbsp;They quickly removed my old refrigerator and returned with the shiny new one, installed all the handles and shelves, and connected the water hose. &nbsp; <br /> They could have removed my old refrigerator from the premises for an additional fee, but I am trying to Craigslist it. &nbsp;Brett offered some tips on using my new fridge (he advised me to check the water connection in a couple to days to make sure there are no leaks). &nbsp;He applied the coupon offered to Angie's List members to the fee, I wrote him a check, and they were done. &nbsp;I don't think they were at my home for an hour. <br /> Having had appliances delivered by big-box stores in the past, I can say that I much prefer Jiffy. &nbsp;Brett and his assistant were professional and polite and seemed quite knowledgeable. &nbsp;They took care not to damage my old refrigerator, the new one, or the walls in my home as they moved those large appliances around. &nbsp;I would not hesitate to hire them again. &nbsp;Highly recommended! <br /

  I contacted Jack to fix a 20-year old (but lightly used) Kenmore washing machine that had stopped draining water. He started around 2:20 p.m.by checking the drain hose to see if it was clogged. After determining that this was not the case, he removed the old water pump and suggested that it might need to be replaced. He got a new pump from a store in downtown and returned around 7:30 p.m. after a break to continue. As it turned out, replacing the pump did not solve the problem either. He then removed the new pump and kept probing until he found a “diverter valve” in the very back of the machine which was not working. Since the part was no longer available (discontinued), he tried hard to reach it and manually reposition it as a temporary fix. After at least 2-3 hours of hard work in a tight space, he told us that he would charge us the diagnostic fee only, because he didn’t repair the machine. Eventually, we decided to place an order for a new machine. However, we were very much impressed by his sense of professional pride (and humor) as well as his honesty and persistence to fix the problem. These are attributes that are becoming increasingly scarce in the repair business
