    Troy and Frederico were fantastic! They arrived on time, introduced themselves. They explained the service, inspected the items we had to be removed and gave us the price based on the amount of items. It was $289. We agreed and they got to work loading it up. They practiced no contact service. It went so well, we wondered why had we not done this sooner instead of trying to take items to businesses for recycle or disposal.     We realized on a Sunday after returning from a church service that we had drain water backing up into both the stall shower that my husband had used that morning and into our other tub/shower, and into both toilets (which luckily did not overflow!). We called Will's because we clearly needed emergency service. Marc arrived about 90 minutes later and checked everything before hauling out his equipment and using the roof vent to run it through. He found a clog, which he broke up. He suspected that it was under the foundation, but advised us to have our pipes checked via camera to be sure. I need to stress that he did not insist that we get Will's Plumbing to do that---just that it would be a good idea to have it done so that we could find out the source of the clog. Marc suspected that it was something a long time in the making because we had only lived in the house for 3 months. Marc also gave us estimates of what the camera check would cost if we DID use Will's Plumbing, and he even gave an estimate for a second problem (which we already knew about, but which wasn't urgent), saying that it would cost less if we included it in another repair by Will's if indeed the source of the clog was something which needed fixing. When we lived in a different city, a very similar thing happened, also on a Sunday afternoon, and although I used Angie's List to find that emergency plumber, too, those people were not as quick to arrive, and they charged considerably more for an emergency call

    Everything went fine. They arrived in the time-frame provided by the Scheduler. Very professional, careful, and friendly. The gentlemen gave us extra discount because we scheduled it online. They had to move some furniture to get couch out. Then replaced the furniture. Gave us "rough" estimate to remove a tool shed...remove shed and also take items in shed. Will definitely hire again. Another company came out yesterday and wanted to remove part of door frame to remove couch. We called Junk-King and they did not have to remove the door frame...no damage done to door or couch

    Mr. Chalker came out to give me a quote on removing a tree that had hollowed out in one visible location and was close to the house. He looked it over, and then explained in some detail why it didn't need removal, that it was structurally sound and was already repairing itself (a very slow process, apparently). He could easily have removed it and charged us a lot of money (it probably would have required a crain, given its location). They've earned my future business

The project included a small flagstone patio with two steps, landscaping around the foundation to remedy erosion and improve drainage, and a wooden fence repair.
