  During some other work in our backyard last summer, we planned a spot for a future pool house and had electricity run specifically for it. Then we began looking for someone to build it for us the following spring. We had several bids but never felt like we had a good fit until we talked to Justin. He listened to our ideas and seemed to understand our vision for the project. We were already sure about what we wanted in the structure so Justin suggested materials based on our budget. They poured the concrete pad and constructed an open 20x25 foot shingled patio. An approximately 7x8 foot area was enclosed for storage and a bathroom. Water supply to and from the pool house was dug. Sheetrock work was done in closets and bathroom. Electricity was run throughout for lighting and ceiling fan. Justin gave us a lighting and fixture budget that was quite workable. Every group that was in our backyard (concrete, plumber, electrician, carpenter) was professional, respectful, and was helpful if we had questions. The only problem we had with the entire project was the time it took to complete - about 2 1/2 months. However, the end result was just what we wanted. We are quite happy with the quality of the work

  I am a happy, satisfied CPAC customer😊 Walter and Cannon came out to my property to see about my desire to have my gravel driveway blacktoped. I was very happy with the quote and asked them to do the work. A few days later they were here to do the prep work and said the asphalt work would be done the next day. At the end of the next day, I was very pleased and even the neighbors raved about what a great job CPAC did. I have a circular driveway about 500 feet from road to house and back to road with a turn around pad and a cut through. A lot of asphalt but I am thrilled about how much it improved the appearance of my property. The CPAC workers were polite and courteous. They also spent time making sure I was pleased as the work progressed and even spent time making sure the neighbors were pleased. Before they left they made sure the property was cleaned up. I would be happy to recommend CPAC to anyone who needs driveway work done

  Arlyn, owner, was completely professional, always answered all calls promptly and, again, professionally. His crew left a tidy site at the end of every work day. If they moved an item it was always replaced. The job was done beautifully and in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable considering this was a 3500 sq. ft. house with 24 ft. high ceilings in many of the rooms. I would totally recommend "Complete Drywall Service" for any of your drywall needs

  Q.E. Restoration is the BEST roofing company !!! I was amazed how easy they made the entire process of getting a new roof on my home. First: The representative Q.E. Restoration sent out to inspect my roof was courteous, arrived on time and provided me with photos of the damages he found on my roof. He then explained to me why he thought my insuranced company would pay for my new roof. Second: He then explained the process to me: I needed to call my insurance company and arrange for an adjustor to come view the damages to my roof. And after that all I needed to do was to call him and tell him the time and date the adjustor was coming to my home and he would be at my home to meet with the adjustor. Third: When Iasked him what I should do when the adjustor arrived he told me that .....Nothing...He said he was my advocate and was there to look out for my interest. I felt so relieved..... He did ask that once the adjustor agreed to replace my roof that I sign an agreement with Q.E. Restoration that authorized Q.E. Restoration to install my roof. Fourth: Sure enough on the day the adjustor was going to arrive my Q.E. Restration representative arrived at my home about 15 minutes before the adjustor and met with me. That really put me at ease which I greatly appreciated. When the adjustor arrived my Q.E. Representative was fully prepared and they went onto the roof to inspect the damages. When they came down the adjustor met with me and my Q.E. Representative and the adjustor agreed to "BUY"me a new roof. The Q.E. Representative and I looked over the agreement together and he explained what the agreement covered; things like Q.E. only charges what the insurance company will pay for my roof minus my deductible. And how the roof was to be built: Things like the types of materials used: like the felts,15 pound or 30 pound depending on the steepness of the roof. (I have a steep roof so I had to get tyhe 30 pound felt. Its amazing what you can learn when you ask!) Also galvanized nails,the number of nails per shingle, wind resistance and the guaranteed life on the shingle i chose. PLUS...... He explained to me that Q.E. Restoration was a Preferred Platinum Installer for Owens Corning Shingles, one of only 6 in Tennessee and that because I choose Owens Corning shingles I got and additional guarantee on my roof over and above Q.E. Restorations own. Fifth: After the adjustor left and I had the check in my hand for my new roof I asked my Q.E. Reprsentative If he wanted the check....And his reply floored me. He said "No." He said "We collect after the job is completed and you are satifisfied with the new roof we put on your home." Boy was I glad I choose Q.E.... BOTTOM LINE.... Q.E. RESTORATIONS DID A GREAT JOB ON MY ROOF AND I WAS AND AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK

  The two owners of this company - Charles Stott and David Davis were involved in every aspect of building our first custom home. They helped with site selection, picking and revising a home plan, and then offering great suggestions during the building process. When we had issues with the developer, they stepped up and went to bat for us! One year later, they quickly addressed the few issues we had (limited nail pops, a wobbling ceiling fan) and got the subcontractors back to get things rights.   Unlike Lawngevity, we actually saw Larry Yancey's crew do the work they promised. At the end of the day, you could hardly tell they had been 10 feet down into our driveway. The sod lines and the few pictures we took were the only evidence. They did a great job. Even though it has only been a month since they've performed the repairs, we are confident in his work. He also had a more realistic 1 year warranty. Lifetime warranties are often too good to be true
