  This was the second time I hired LeBron Castleberry. Previously he re-built my balcony and replaced some windows and window frames. As before, I needed quality carpentry because of what living in the Pacific Northwest does to outdoor wooden structures. LeBron is honest, fair and a good communicator. I knew I could completely trust him to do a top notch job, and I was not disappointed. His trained associate, Micah, did the work, but it was under LeBron's direction and definitely up to his standards. I like that LeBron charges time and materials, as opposed to giving a quote and then perhaps needing to cut corners to still have the job work out for him financially. As LeBron has said to me, he never knows what he will find. I had so much trust in Le Bron, that I didn't even ask him what the total cost would be before he started. It is such a pleasure working with someone you know will not be trying to rip you off. I recommend LeBron Castleberry and Micah Fecher to you without any reservations

  I called Bob the owner on Christmas Eve day hoping I could find someone to fix the handle on the front door of our house. I was somewhat in a panic as you the handle could be pulled off entirely. Bob asked some questions about the lock and then suggested that I send some pictures to see what if anything he could do to repair it. As luck would have it he was on his way to a dr. Appt with his very understanding wife. He was at the house in minutes and fixed the handle! I was so relieved! It was pretty scary having the front door handle falling off. I appreciated his concern and compassion for the situation and coming so quickly. In the spirit of the holiday he wouldn't accept payment.   I purchased an Angie's List coupon for an AC tune up for $60. I certainly don't feel I got a bargain or a lot for my $60. I got what I paid for: a basic tune up nothing more or less. The technician was pretty quick and I was hoping to get a professional&nbsp;opinion on the condition of our AC unit, should it be replaced, why&nbsp;it didn't cool our upstairs. But, he just did the tune up and then left. A&nbsp;panel was left open on the unit after he left and it definitely felt like a quick job and didn't leave me with a good &quot;customer satisfaction&quot; feeling.   A week or so ago I called ESI because the system started a soft beeping. I pressed a button and it stopped. The person I spoke with had me press different buttons, etc. and everything seemed to work ok. He said that the technician would call me in the <br /> morning. He did call when he said he would and came to my home within 30 minutes. He checked everything. He called the wireless provider and the soft beeping was caused by a very short interruption in service when the provider had worked on it.&nbsp; <br /> I am very pleased that ESI took this incident seriously and dealt with it so promptly. <br /

  I live in a WWII vintage cinderblock low-built one story house. Repairing anything in this old house is like blowing up a concrete balloon. Nothing is of any standard measure. Everything has settled and is just enough out of true to require custom work whenever work needs to be done. Even when the original builders (U.S. Navy Engineers) cut doorways through the cinderblock, they did so like they were knocking out entrances to a cave. My back door and frame were in dire need of replacement. Wind, water, insects, worms, small mammals, and all sorts of delicious whatnot were seeping through, around, and under the door, making my kitchen look like a compost. All but one of the contractors that I contacted turned up their noses at my inquiries. Apparently, those contractors were in search of the holy grail of 5 or 6 figure jobs, and I was just plain too small potatoes for them. Enter Kirk Enterprises, Inc. Kirk of Kirk Enterprises, Inc. showed up, looked the job over from all possible angles (possible at least in this Universe), measured, measured again, and confidently took on this job when no one else would bother. He was very open and positive. Kirk and his brother, Kimm, carefully removed the old door and frame, sculpted a new concrete threshold, anchored and sealed a new custom frame, and installed and sealed a brand new custom fiberglass door. For this tricky old house, that required painstaking attention to the details of each task. More than a couple times they had to “stand on their heads sideways and spin” to get this old house to cooperate. It was definitely a job for problem-solvers. In addition, while setting the new concrete threshold for the back door, they also applied some of the extra concrete mix to reinforcing the threshold of the side entrance to the garage. This was one among of several little things that popped up along the way to completing the task. Kirk and Kimm dealt with every curve this little house threw at them. It was a tough job, and they pulled it off. Bravo! Upon completing the installation, they did finish work, cleaned up the work site, and disposed of debris. Kirk Enterprises Inc. is an honest, dependable, and resourceful company. The invoice was clearly written up, fair, and reasonable. To get a job done well, this company is an excellent choice.
