We hired Bay Remodels for our whole-house renovation project. We essentially rebuilt our house from the inside out and added a 2nd level. Arsen understood how to address the complexities of the project and get to a beautiful finished product in a timely manner. Working with Arsen and his team has been a joy even in a time of great stress and uncertainty. He and his team are consistently professional, talented, ethical, friendly and a genuinely caring group. They have integrity and they are highly trustworthy. The work they did actually came under budget and they stuck with their timeline. Everything went so well, Bay Remodels exceeded our expectations on a number of levels. Of course every home renovation has its challenges, but I'd recommend this company to any of my friends or family members thinking about improving their home.

It went great. The replacement deck is far superior than the original. It is built solid as a tank, straight, clean and plumb. The project was especially challenging because the 2nd level of the deck was about 20 feet high and required massive support beams and posts to be hoisted to that height. Additionally, four steel reinforced concrete footings were built. Again, they were perfectly in line and strong. The precision really paid off when the deck finally came together. Bottom line, the decks and house look beautiful. He worked with county inspectors to get things approved without my involvement. Price was very reasonable. I took 8 bids for the project. Dean's price was among the best prices. But I hired him also because he seemed like a really good person. He was enthusiastic about the job and finished on time.

The project went extremely well. The existing roof was removed, cleaned , covered for rain protection, framed and roofed the next day. The siding, windows and shingles were installed on the third day and by the fourth day of construction the electrical, insulation and drywall were installed. The job was completed on the fifth day of the week. They were clean, fast and respectful. Real Boy Scouts! I couldn't recommend them more.

Well. The team worked with us at every level to complete the job quickly. They used excellent materials and worked within the budget.

Jason & his crew were able to complete the job in a single day with some extra crew and a bunch of extra effort. They did a great job, were right on time, cleaned up nicely. All interactions and communication was professional and right on. I'd certainly recommend them for this type of work.

Fabulous. Words can not describe the quality service that Warner Custom Homes provides. They approach everything with the same level of detail and concern as if they were the homeowner. They find ways to improve upon the design and/or save money.

The house is a split-level 2,800 square foot home, which we had constructed in parts instead of all at once. The whole project took several months. This was not a problem as we just wanted it done right. There were certain midstream changes that we wanted & they did a good job accommodating our needs. By the time the project was finished, they had ended up doing a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend them to other people.

Sean Supple and his team did an absolutely outstanding job rebuilding the top two floors of our home. The craftsmanship of Sean's subcontractors was excellent - 90% of the time we were happy with his subcontractors' work on the first pass and when there were issues Sean did a great job of ensuring that the subcontractor came back and addressed all of our concerns. The project came out so well in fact that our home was featured on the cover of Palo Alto Weekly's Home + Garden Design - a credit to the craftsmanship and attention to detail of Sean Supple and his team of subcontractors. Furthermore, all of the subcontractors that Sean used to rebuild our home were professional, pleasant individuals which, in retrospect, we found to be incredibly helpful when dealing with the unavoidable trials and tribulations of a large remodeling project. My friends and colleagues who have conducted similarly large remodeling projects all complained at one time or another that their projects were moving along at a snail's pace and that on some days few, if any, subcontractors would show up on site causing progress to slow to a halt. In contrast, Sean's team of project managers did a great job of coordinating the work of the various subcontractors to keep the project running smoothly and in a timely fashion, so much so that my friends were often amazed at the speed with which our home was completed without compromising on build and finish quality. Sean also clearly has a good rapport with the Menlo Park inspectors which helped to keep the project from stalling during various stages of the permitting and inspection process. Sean and his team were also incredibly accommodating of my wife and 3 year old son living in the lower level of our home while its top two levels were being torn down and rebuilt. Because we lived in the lower level of the house throughout the project Sean and his team had to keep heat, hot water and electricity flowing to the lower level when we were home while at the same time replacing the furnace, the water heater and all electrical in the house - not an easy task but one that Sean and his team managed with skill, grace and patience. Finally, Sean also treated us incredibly fairly when it came to the additional costs related to any changes in design or finish selections that inevitably arise during a large remodeling project. I never felt as if I was being unfairly penalized when my wife or I wanted to make a change that wasn't contemplated in the original architectural drawings or in our interior designer's scale drawings. In fact, the couple of times that I did have questions regarding the cost of a particular change order Sean was willing to share the applicable subcontractor's original and revised proposals with me so that I could see the reason for the increased cost and could confirm that I wasn't being taken advantage of. By the end of the project I became incredibly appreciative of the fact that I could rest assured that Sean and his team were treating me fairly and always acted with the best interests of my family and our home in mind. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Supple Homes to any family member or friend for a large or small remodeling project.

Elite Finishworks crafted a tiger wood (Indonesian hardwood) deck as a replacement for a redwood deck which was in disrepair. The owner's attention to detail and craftsmanship was well beyond expectations. He learned his construction skills in Germany and has the highest level of work ethic and knowledge. Elite can do any type of remodeling construction and I have repeatedly returned to the company for additional remodeling projects. The owner seeks my input on design questions and we mutually agree on every phase of the project before he proceeds. That alone is unheard of with most contractors. I have felt that the company keeps my best interests in the forefront with any job that has been performed for me.

Argos Construction did an outstanding job for us. They totally rebuilt our house for our needs, provided with a convenient ramp at the entrance. The work was of excellent quality and done on-schedule. We are so happy with the final outcome. Our space is transformed and the Argos team showed itself through the project with grace, skill, and the highest level of professionalism and pleasant to deal with. Communication was great - they were always there when they said they would be, and kept us well informed throughout the project. I highly recommend Argos Construction for any remodeling and construction project. When the job is done they are still with you to correct anything that has been over looked.

Argos Construction recently finished a large addition to our house. They built 2 new bedrooms and new bathroom on the second floor above the garage. From start to finish, they were consummate professionals and a real pleasure to work with.Their work was completed on time and on budget, and with a high level of workmanship. The job site was clean and organized, their workers were friendly, and communication was timely. They moved quickly to accommodate our requests, and resolved punch list items immediately upon project completion. We enthusiastically recommend them without hesitation. Scot and his crew did an outstanding job on all levels... very professional, thorough, communicative, and cleaned up every day. Scott, Jesus and Antonio were not only very talented but a delight to work with. Scot was very good at looking both at the big picture and the littlest details, studying each piece of the process to make sure the right decision was being made. So many contractors I've had experience with in the past just want to get the job done quickly, without much thought or communication with the customer. Scot always showed us options for us to approve before completing a new task. Scot was very good at listening to our concerns and finding solutions to address them, no matter how big or small. All details were met with the highest quality. Scot stayed on budget (even a bit under budget) despite all the "extras" that weren't on the original bid. We recently completed a large addition to our house with Bay Remodels. They built 2 new bedrooms and a new bathroom on the second floor above the garage and did an internal renovation of the existing house. Like most people, we had heard several horror stories about hidden costs, contractors not showing up at the worksite and difficulties with keeping to promised schedules. During the process, it was very easy to communicate with Arsen and his team. All questions and concerns were addressed promptly and honestly. The best part was that our questions and somewhat frequent change orders during the process were supported with what we felt was a genuine regard to support our decisions. This has really created a level of comfort and trust that we consider very important for such a large project. Bay Remodels did a professional job for us. We wanted to build two-story additional house in our back yard. Plan includes a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, deck and bath on second floor. Arsen offered several options for finishing the house and arranging the yard. After meeting I felt confident this was the right company for the job. The cost was very reasonable. We were impressed with every workman of Arsen's team. They were all very professional, courteous and skillful. We appreciated that Bay Remodels used workmen that were specialists in one area, masters of that skill. As a result, we got what we intended and even better. All the work was done at a high professional level and within the planned time and budget. Really great job! Not only will we use Bay Remodels again, we would recommend them to everyone for home construction.

The team who did the Pergola installation were fantastic. Although there were some last minute scheduling issues Baron took on the additional costs themselves of getting a team in at short notice and they worked a long day to get the installation done including cutting shims to level the pergola. Many people have remarked on the work and it has dramatically improved our backyard. For the remaining days on the coupon we had a team come in a do 3 days in total of tiling. Overall we got a fair job from the tiling team with a couple of miscommunications. However, once issues are raised they act quickly to resolve and are committed to ensuring that the job is acceptable to the customer. These are a good company and I will certainly use them again.

As we look back at the building of our home, we know that we chose the right home builder! Bay Remodels did a fabulous job rebuilding our home. They took our original design ideas and plans and skillfully guided the project to successful completion. We thoroughly enjoyed the design and selection process. There are not enough superlatives to use to describe McCutcheon. Whether it is a kitchen or decks or a bathroom, they are consummate professionals who know exactly what they are doing. But besides doing "just" the work, they hold your hand throughout the process. Dan Hano took me granite shopping, brought catalogues of faucets, etc and always gave sage advice. Then, when my home was burglarized, Dan immediately got someone out to my house to repair my smashed door. These people will work with you to provide you the best service at a price that is commensurate with the level of professionalism. They are worth every penny.
