  Due to a miscommunication, I wrote a bad review of Mr. Martinez. I thought he was not interested and was "ghosting" me. He had sent a estimate but it apparently went astray somewhere in the ether. When he saw my bad review, he called me and we got the snafu fixed. His crew arrived on time (around 7, since it's hot summertime). They worked tirelessly for two days. The driveway looks great. The only negative I would say is that the workers did not clean the job site completely. They left a pile of lumber and other construction materials at my curbside. I'm speculating here, but I think since the city was scheduled for bulk pickup the week of the work, they thought they would save themselves a trip to the dump. However, Mr. Martinez came by to see if I was satisfied and he cleaned up the pile of debris. I would hire them again but make sure they knew they were responsible to leave to work site clean

  The quality of the work was good. However, George was not very service oriented and was not good at communicating with his customer. He did not show the day he said he would start the job and texted me at 1pm that day to say he couldnt start the job because of an issue with the truck. The next day he did not show but didnt call. When I contacted him, he indicated they couldn't come because it was "pouring". However, it wasnt "pouring" at my location and I felt he still should have notified us early on of the work delay due to weather. Another day of rain delayed the job an additional day. The job was finally done on Saturday, but the old fence debris was not picked up until Monday. He made an appt to come at 5 to get the balance of his payment and pick up the old fence, but came at 2 pm instead

He's very punctual, the work was really nice, he went the extra mile and helped out the beans up the concrete for the outdoor kitchen. He came back and cleaned up everything and did a callback to see how we liked it, if there were issues and problems and I would recommend him highly

  Over the decades of homeownership, we have had many contractors take care of house projects. Walter Heredia and his team of professionals have been the very, very best. All Clean Solutions was tasked to replace 1,200 sq ft of patio concrete. Project was difficult, with lots of physical obstacles. Because of these and other challenges, the team did many aspects of the job by hand, rather than with time-saving equipment ---extraordinarily backbreaking work. Also, Walter provided suggestions on how to improve the project. His ideas were most appreciated. The entire All Clean Solutions team was hardworking, cooperative, and reliabie.
