The plumber and his assistant arrived promptly on time, were courteous and professional, kept the mess to a minimum, and did the work quickly while keeping me informed of their progress. It was not an easy job and involved getting into the crawlspace to wrestle with the old cast iron pipe. The whole operation took six hours. They hauled out the old fixtures, and left the&nbsp;room as I asked them to: ready for me to fix the drywall, which they cut in a perfect rectangle, and install a new toilet and sink base cabinet.     I called regarding a problem with my water heater. The nice lady called me back right away and explained I should call the warrenty number on the actual water heater first before they came out and I'd have to pay a service fee. I didn't think of that since it's over a year old. However, she was absolutely correct! The issue was covered under the warranty. What a great company with high integrity!     Very well. I was hit by the power outage followed by Burst pipes after this recent freeze and winter storm. I put my request on Angies list on Friday or Saturday, and had I been home, they would have come Monday. When I called back and explained my work situation, they were able, with minimal fuss to set me up for repair First thing Tuesday. Juan arrived a tiny bit early, identified himself immediately, was extremely courteous and answered any questions I asked. I think it took about 3 hours to diagnose and repair 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pipes/faucet controls. The price came in right at the average listed on Angies list for my location. He took pictures of his work to submit to my insurance company and sent them to me by email. I can’t complain at all and would recommend them to friends or family

    To begin with when I called Deer Park Plumbing and Maintenance I got Heaton Plumbing when I questioned this Deer Park Plumbing only has a website. I personally think this is false advertisement! I was charged $953.70, $475.51 to replace a kitchen faucet with a Wolverine Brass Single Handle Faucet I am not sure the price on it I couldn't find on line and $478.20 to replace 3 Moen repair cylinders in my bathrooms. I found these cylinders on line for $20.00 each, the service tech was there a total of 3 hours. The service was great but I feel they are a little pricey and probably wont use them again. Can someone tell me if this is actually the going rate for this type service? <br /
