We had an excellent experience with Tyler who we purchased the services from and an excellent experience from both of the installers themselves - Stephen and Ivan. They went above and beyond throughout (too many examples to list) and were professional, friendly and courteous with a strong work ethic and principles. A few unexpected problems arose during the installation and they took ownership and made it right. I could not have been more impressed. Lastly, after all of the work was done, Tyler swung by to check how things went and even offered to help put things back in the basement.     Excellent service. Dustin replaced a worn-out sump pump. He was on time, courteous, professional, and it was obvious he enjoyed his job, even though he had to work in a crawlspace. He had a great attitude which I really appreciated, especially in light of the fact that the previous plumber seemed less than thrilled to be there. I will definitely use Plumb Tite again as long as they send Dustin. The non-working sump pump was discovered during a kitchen renovation. I will be calling Plumb Tite when it's time to reconnect the kitchen sink, add a water line for the refrigerator ice maker, and install an instant water heater under the kitchen sink.     We were having problems with what turned out to be a broken sewer line, causing intermittent backups and flooding during heavy rain. Two other plumbers managed to get the drain flowing again but neither gave us a definite diagnosis without a contract to dig. Nieman quickly diagnosed the problem, gave the best price by far, and initially tried a trenchless repair. That proved to be unfeasible, and the job was re-spec’d for excavation. The guys did a careful and highly efficient excavation, replaced the broken saddle tee, and brought in gravel to stabilize the backfill. Two weeks later they returned and removed the spoils. I’m very happy with the results, and that Neman honored their price estimate even with the added excavation work. My only complaint was getting the work scheduled, which took more calling (about 6 calls from me vs. two return calls) than I thought should be necessary. Otherwise everyone involved was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and admirably professional
