Oisin Hanrahan is the Chief Executive Officer of Angi. Prior to assuming the role of CEO of Angi, Mr. Hanrahan served as Chief Product Officer of Angi since June 2019, where he was responsible for all product and technology strategy. Mr. Hanrahan joined Angi in 2018 when Handy, the company he co-founded and led as CEO since 2012, was acquired by Angi. Previously, Mr. Hanrahan founded MiCandidate, a service that provided real time political content to media companies in 25 European countries. He also founded Clearwater Group, a real estate development business in Budapest, Hungary.

Mr. Hanrahan is the Co-Founder and Board Director of The Undergraduate Awards, a foundation he created in 2009 to support and celebrate outstanding undergraduate students globally.

Mr. Hanrahan studied for his Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, received a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Business, Economics and Social Sciences degree from Trinity College Dublin.

Jeff Pedersen is the Chief Financial Officer for Angi. In this role, Mr. Pedersen oversees the Company’s finance and accounting operations. He most recently served as Operating Partner at Stripes, where he played a key role in new investments and provided financial support and guidance to its portfolio companies, serving as interim CFO for companies like Stella & Chewy’s and Udemy. Prior to Stripes, Mr. Petersen was CFO of Handy, Head of Hardlines Finance at Amazon and was in charge of financial strategy for several lines of business at Dell. Mr. Pedersen began his career at IBM. Mr. Pedersen holds a Master of Science in Management with Finance concentration from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Business from the Iowa State University.

Kulesh Shanmugasundaram is the Chief Technology Officer of Angi. Dr. Shanmugasundaram joined Angi in 2018 when Handy, the company where Dr. Shanmugasundaram was most recently serving as CTO, was acquired by Angi.

Prior to joining the organization, Dr. Shanmugasundaram held multiple engineering leadership roles at Amplify Education where he built products used by millions of students in classrooms nationwide. He obtained a Ph.D. in computer science from NYU. He founded two startups with the backing of DARPA, DoD, and NSF to commercialize his research in network security and digital forensics.

He holds a Ph. D in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University, and is an adjunct professor at NYU.

Dhanusha Sivajee is the Chief Marketing Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Sivajee oversee the company’s brand marketing vision, strategy and execution for both homeowners and pros. Prior to this role, she served as CMO of The Knot Worldwide (previously XO Group) where she was an integral part of the executive team responsible for the media to marketplace transformation. Prior to The Knot Worldwide, Ms. Sivajee served as Chief Marketing Officer of the AOL Brand Group. She has also held senior-level marketing and content development positions at Bloomberg and HBO. Ms. Sivajee received a BS in International Management from the University of Manchester, England and an MBA from Duke University.

Bryan Ellis is Chief Revenue Officer – Marketplace for Angi. Prior to this role, Mr. Ellis served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Angi since May 2020. Previously, Mr. Ellis held various leadership roles with Cypress Creek Renewables, Tesla, Solar City, Guthy-Renker, NAMG and Bertelsmann. Mr. Ellis started his career as a consultant at McKinsey and Co. Mr. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a Masters degree in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Ellis also completed the Program for Management Development from Harvard Business School.

Umang Dua is Chief Revenue Officer – Angi Services for Angi. Prior to this role, Mr. Dua served as COO and Co-Founder of Handy, which he founded in 2012 and was acquired by Angi in 2018. Previously, Mr. Dua worked at McKinsey & Company, and also founded College Connect, an online platform that connected aspiring college students with enrolled students around the world. Mr. Dua earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College, and was pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School before starting Handy.

Shannon Shaw is the Chief Legal Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Shaw oversees legal strategy and operations for the organization. Prior to assuming this role in March 2019, Ms. Shaw served as the Chief Counsel-Americas for dormakaba Inc, overseeing the company’s legal operations for North America, South America and Mexico. Prior to that, she worked at Angie’s List from 2011 to 2018, starting as General Counsel and continuing as the Chief Legal Officer. She also worked at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from 2003 to 2011. Ms. Shaw earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University and her JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

Angela R. Hicks Bowman, who goes by Angie Hicks, is the Chief Customer Officer of Angi. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Ms. Hicks co-founded Angie’s List in 1995 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer from May 2000 and on its board of directors from March 2013 through its acquisition by Angi. Ms. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni Award for Management and Entrepreneurship and the Robert C. McDermond Medal for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Hicks has received multiple awards for her entrepreneurial achievements, as well as her leadership in both the community and the technology field, including (among others) being named the Women Tech Founder of the Year in 2016 and awarded both the TechPoint Trailblazer Award and Harvard Business School's Alumni Achievement Award in 2017.

Ercan Kamber is the Chief Data Officer at Angi. In this role, Dr. Kamber oversees building and executing a world-class central data strategy that delivers innovations. Prior to this role, he most recently served as Data Leader of the discovery and connection organization at Twitter. Prior to his work at Twitter, he led data science and machine learning teams at Microsoft and served as the Chief Technology Officer of enterprise storage company RAID Computing. Dr. Kamber earned both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Physics from Bogazici University, as well as a PhD in Physics from Brandeis University.

Michael Wanderer is an experienced human resources and people-focused leader with nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. He joined Angi in October of 2018, when Handy was acquired by the company. Mr. Wanderer previously served as SVP of People at Handy.

Prior to his role at Handy, Mr. Wanderer was the Global Co-Head of HR at Jefferies. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Wanderer served as the Chief Administration Officer for NYSE Technologies and the Chief Human Resources Officer for NYFIX, Inc. Mr. Wanderer started his seasoned career at Citigroup, where he assumed a number of HR roles working & living in Tokyo, Japan, Frankfurt, Germany, and lastly New York, NY as a Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Wanderer received a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.

Jeffrey W. Kip has been Chief Executive Officer of HomeAdvisor International since April 2016. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Kip served as Chief Financial Officer of IAC from March 2012 to April 2016. Before joining IAC, Mr. Kip served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Panera Bread Company, a national bakery-café concept in the United States and Canada, from May 2006 to March 2012. From November 2003 until May 2006, Mr. Kip served as Panera's Vice President, Finance and Planning, and as Vice President, Corporate Development, from May 2003 until November 2003. From November 2002 until April 2003, Mr. Kip served as an Associate Director and Director at UBS, an investment banking firm; and from August 1999 until November 2002, Mr. Kip was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, an investment banking firm.
