  Hired Legacy to install new 1 ton mini split unit for my Sunroom, everything went smoothly. They even cleaned my old outdoor unit for my regular heating and cooling free of charge. Technicians were helpful and showed me some areas where I need to pay more attention in the future. I will definitely call them back for future projects.   First 90 degree day in May and my tenant's AC stops working. &nbsp;I try some of the top rated resellers from Angie's List but they are booked. &nbsp;I am clearly not the only one with an AC issue and I can't wait until June to get it fixed. &nbsp;A family member recommends I check with Atlas AC in Nokesville. &nbsp;I check them out on Angies's List and give them a call. &nbsp;I speak with Rob the owner, he is slammed just like the other top rated guys but the difference is he says that he will try to work me in the schedule. &nbsp; <br /> True to his word, Rob fits me into his schedule and gets to the house near 7:00. &nbsp;He is polite, professional and friendly. &nbsp;He's clearly been very busy and gets to work right away. &nbsp;He diagnoses the problem with the condenser and has it fixed in less than an hour and was off like a shot to help someone else. &nbsp; <br /> Atlas helped me out when I was in a tight spot and charged me a fair and reasonable price. &nbsp;When I need help with my HVAC, I will definately call Rob at Atlas LC again. <br /

  [UPDATE] After intervention by the owner to address some early problems, I have significantly upgraded my view of Brennan's. I would definitely reach out to them for future HVAC needs. It took a number of visits for Brennan's fully resolve an issue with our furnace. Although I wish they had done a little more diagnostic work early on, I appreciate that these systems are complicated and that they were trying the cheapest solutions first. A customer service issue prompted the owner to get involved. He was extremely helpful and our furnace was quickly fixed

  They were the lowest bid of four contractors. They also offered State water heaters. The State WH they were replacing had serviced me and my family for 40 years and 2 months. They worked with me on getting the upgraded State WH I desired. hey projected 4 hours to complete the job. They were in and out in 2-hours and 15 minutes. Not one drop of water spilled on hardwood floors as the old heater, which could not be completely drained before the removal was taken through the house. Outstanding customer service and plumbers that did the job. We plan to have them become our HVAC maintenance contract after our current contract concludes. I was referred to Nugent by another satisfied customer. I am fully satisfied and they are firm located in Northern Virginia

  Although the AC unit was working, it was leaking water. I had another company come in and tell me that the main drain pan was cracked and that it would cost $2880 to repair or I could buy a new unit costing over $8500 dollars. I called Relax Air for a second opinion. Kamal and his crew came out the next day and confirmed that the drain pan was cracked and leaking. His repair cost? $400. I also had him do two other HVAC related jobs while he was there (replacing AC disconnect box and installing a water float switch]. They had everything done in and hour and a half. Total cost: $675. Kamal is fast, efficient and most of all honest. I would recommend him to anyone

  Oscar was the first contractor to be available on the same day and I was so impressed that I called the other two companies and canceled appointments for the following day. In a nutshell, my unit was repaired for the exact estimated price before either of the other two could make themselves available. Not to knock them because the unit went out late at night and I really didn't expect anyone on such short notice. Oscar was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. He will most definitely be my go-to person if I am in need of these services again
