  Kevin, Jake, and Hollywood did a fantastic job. They moved fast, even running a lot of the time throughout the mover, right to the end, which undoubtedly saved us money, while getting a quality service; the move took five hours, so we were amazed that their energy never lagged. They were respectful, wearing masks and physically distancing. They were very organized. Kevin surveyed all of the rooms to decide how to approach the move. He asked questions. They carefully moved our expensive treadmill with electronics. All of the furniture was wrapped in heavy-duty saran wrap, They were careful in moving item so that nothing was damaged, not the contents being moved nor the walls, floors, and doors through which items were moved. They arranged everything so that our Christmas things were the last things placed in the truck, and at the storage unit, they were set aside so that they would be placed closest to the door in the storage unit, for easy access for Christmas decorating. They provided heavy-duty, top-quality, new-looking furniture pads, not only during moving, but to use in our storage unit until we have them move everything back into our home. We appreciated the fact that we did not have physical contact when we were arranging to have them move our items. Communication on the phone and through email was thorough. I was initially apprehensive about making all of the arrangements without contact in person, especially because I knew only what I had learned through Angie's List about the company, which had an A record. I read every review. They certainly performed at the level that I had expected, based on the reviews. I was grateful that everything followed COVID-19 safe practices, especially because my husband and I each have an autoimmune disease and underlying conditions. Everything was handled professionally, from pre-move, to during the entire move. We will hire them to move our items back to our home in a few months

  Kangaroo Movers did a fantastic job! On time and very professional and efficient. They handled all of our belongings carefully, and unloaded everything into the new home perfectly without any guidance. Highly recommend and will use again. My only criticism relates to how payment for the completed work was handled. Using cash gets you a lower rate, but I would've preferred a modern mobile transaction app/service (like Square, etc).   AWESOME! I had a very bad experience with another moving company when I moved my residence a few years back so I was a little leery hiring another mover. But these guys were awesome! They were professional, courteous, efficient, friendly and lower-priced than other companies. I retired and had to move much of my office furniture and books to my home. They packed my many books and various other things and rearranged my home office in order to accommodate the new file cabinets and bookcases. They adeptly disconnected and then reconnected all of my computer equipment as part of this process. I had three items that had been sitting at home in boxes which needed assembling, including a challenging aquarium stand, and they assembled them all. They did a great job and removed all of the packaging for me. Finally, they took books, furniture and assorted other items to the donation center for me. Overall, I was extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use them again or refer others to them
