    I highly recommend Jan and his team to anyone who is looking to renovate the house. I’m so glad I found his company for my home remodeling project. Johnny is very organized, polite, professional, and just a very good person who cares about the project like it’s his own place. Johnny is very detail-oriented and remembers every single detail that needs to be done. You don’t need to think and remind him about anything, as everything is under control and direct supervision. He took me to multiple stores to find construction supplies to my satisfaction and he was very patient with me. We had kitchen and bathroom renovations, new doors and floors throughout the house, building new office space in the basements with insulated walls, ceiling, and the new split air conditioner system as well as building a new deck on the backyard. Yes, it’s a lot of work, but it was completed in under 3 months. Johnny used only licensed professionals for the work that had to be done. Jan saved me a lot of money on the kitchen equipment by suggesting using his kitchen supply distributor rather than the big chain supplier. Johnny is also a very good designer and I have used his advice on the home decorations and materials to be used on many occasions. The construction team was working very fast and efficiently and completed the project even before our original estimated date. Jan has helped me with multiple problems that were not even listed in the contract. The construction team was always on time, very meticulous with everything they did. You will not be disappointed hiring Johnny Home Improvement for your project and I’m sure you will be very pleased with the outcome

    Juan Blanco and his employee did a great job for us. Juan was right on time, stayed on the job the whole time. His employee was a master with drywall finish work. They covered the work area with construction paper, ensured all furnishings and decorative items were moved, and then cleaned up everything. Juan keeps the communication going throughout the process and went above and beyond to cover a vent pipe on our roof that was the cause of one of the ceiling drywall issues. Really the best kind of experience. We will use J&B in the future, for sure. Thank you Juan

    Having had nightmares with other “contractors” in the past, we were lucky enough to find Juan Roman and his crew. When I met Juan I told him about some of my earlier nightmares, he assured me that he would complete my project on time and for the agreed price. True to his word that is exactly what he did. Juan and his crew did a beautiful job on completely framing and drywalling my new home. He personally checked all work to make sure that the quality was to his level of expectations. We opted for a Level 5 finish which is glass smooth. My walls are so beautiful I don’t know if I can bring myself to put nails in them to hang pictures. If I ever need to have any work done in the future I would not hesitate to call him again

    Chris Welch is the owner and operator of the business. We have used Chris several times since 2013 for various drywall repairs and replacements around the house (garage and bedroom ceilings, bathroom and kitchen walls and around the windows). Chris usually can stop by for a free estimate within a day or two and can schedule the job relatively quick. He is diligent, reliable & takes pride in his job. Since he works by himself, he is perfect for smaller to medium size jobs or even bigger jobs if you do not have a deadline. He repaired some areas in the ceilings & did his best to imitate the knockdown texture so the repaired area matched the rest of the ceiling. He tries to contain the drywall mess by using plastic sheets around his work area & cleans up after done. Of course this is drywall we are talking about; you still have a decent amount of cleaning to do afterwards! He has always done an excellent job for us, so do not hesitate to give him a call

    Lance and his team were absolutely fantastic! Lance came to my house the day I called him and gave me an estimate on the work and time needed to complete the project. Lance’s estimate was exactly his price and the job he did was wonderful. His crew worked two full days and completed the project beautifully. As our situation was kind of an emergency (ceiling falling through) the team started the next day after I called!!! They were professional and very considerate!
