Great job and very professional and personable. Have used lots of carpet cleaners and he is the best I've used.

A crew of 2 arrived late with cleaning van for carpets. They said they would get the odor out of the rug. A very expensive wool rug. THey stayed for 15 minute and the odor remained as strong as ever.

The technician came on time and very friendly until the time that I told him that a portion of the carpet in the entrance of our master bedroom needs more cleaning. This is a heavy traffic area. He told me that as much as possible he doesn?t want to clean it again because it will look better when the carpet is dry. I can tell that he was not happy when he did it. His friendly face from the beginning became a sour face. After he cleaned the carpet for the second time, the color came out really nice and clean. When he was done, he brought out all his tools and came back and told me ?I?m done? with an attitude without even asking me if there?s anything that I would like him to clean. A good customer oriented person will always ask his/her customer if there?s something that he/she could do to make his/her service superior before asking for the check. I have the same problem with our guest bathroom entrance. The carpet in that area is a little bit darker than the other parts of the carpet. It needs to be cleaned out second time but he did not give me the chance to say anything. Now, the carpet is dry and still looks the same before he cleaned it unlike the master bathroom entrance looks nice and clean because he cleaned it twice. This kind of person needs more training in customer service or should not be in this kind of business. Otherwise, he/she damages the reputation of the company he/she is representing. I choose this company because it has very good reviews from their customers but I was disappointed.

These guys are at the top of their game. I had a very soiled carpet from my ill cat. I had tempered my expectations. My expectations were so exceeded it's exciting. I feel like I have a home again! You cannot go wrong with Naturell!

When they left, the carpets were clean. Although they were not and quot;dry,and quot; the amount of time required for them to dry was significantly less than when conventional carpet cleaners shampooed the carpets.

I had bought an angie's list deal which was carpet cleaning for one room. I have only one carpeted room in my house and so it was perfect. However, the vendor was hoping that other services would be added and the low advertised price was only an entree. When i told him I had only one room, he said it was too big and added more to the fee even though there was never a room size advertised. For the record, my room is 220 SF, not that huge. He then tried to get me to buy rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, etc. all of which I refused. He did come and clean my carpet for the advertised price plus the extra for the 'large room'. In all fairness, I think he lost money on my business because the advertised price was so low. On the other hand, I think putting up a price and expecting to bump it up based on customers choosing to buy other services is not a good practice and borders on scamming customers in my opinion. They came, they cleaned, they were professional, they did a great job, but I was put off a little by their expectation of getting additional business.

They did call me to see if I was happy with it. They gave me some Stanley Steemer rug shampoo. The equipment was good. They were very nice and helpful.

The technician was punctual and did a very thorough job. He was appropriately personable. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job.

Extremely professional and responsive from first telephone call to completion of job. Definitely would look to them again in the future for both our rental and personal home. Thank you for acquiring this provider's service. There the best!

The quality of their work was good. They moved the furniture out of the way for you. They were able to get all the spots up. They were prompt and professional.

Called on Saturday, came out on Monday to give estimate, working that Friday. Showed up exactly on time with a helper to move most furniture (did not move beds or dressers at our request). Worked approx 3 hours and everything looked great. Used a little too much solution on tile which affected the moulding, but that is more of a builder problem

Rodney did an excellent work of cleaning / shampoo carpet. He did for the entire house and went out of his way to make things work. Carpets look very clean. He also helped in removing items and did the cleaning of garage. I would definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him.

They use ionized water instead of heavy shampoos. Your carpet dries much faster and they have been able to get some stains out that I didn’t think were possible to remove. They were very prompt and polite.

PLEASANTON CARPET CLEANING WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT THEY SET UP WITH ME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

It was a pretty bad experience from start to finish. Earlier they had given us an estimate of $109 for carpet cleaning. However, on arrival he said the estimate was only for steam cleaning and did not include shampooing. But since this was a move out cleaning we had no choice but to pay $225 he asked for shampoo cleaning. He finished the whole thing in 15 mins and claimed that some of the stains cannot be removed. He refused to accept cheque (only cash) and he rudely reminded us to get cash from the bank even when the work was still in progress.

Very different experience. I'm taken back as to how the work was done so quickly. More so, the work was good, but I think because they work so quickly as a team, some spots were missed until pointed out. But, once pointed out after they finished, they got right on the unfinished areas. Oneof the owners Alex, came at the end and at the last minute, I'm very impressed that he came in and shampooed the rug efficiently, and without delay. He was a delight to work with. The only barrier I had the whole time was the language. The two cleaners couldn't speak English, so they had to call Alex to get direction. Overall Great work!

The receptionist is delightful and scheduled a convenient appointment within a 30 minute window. Not only were they prompt, but a few minutes early! Marty and his son were very congenial and my dog loved them! They were very careful and did a terrific job. My carpet has never been this sparkling clean! I will definitely call them again!

He showed up on time, was courteous, and did a GREAT job. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

They were fast, efficient, punctual, thorough and very pleasant. I have cats who throw up regularly and a roommate who eats in his room, so the carpet was a mess. I really thought it couldn't be salvaged. Anton and his crew got it super clean. It almost looks new. They even did the stairway. They used two shampoo machines so the job was completed in less than 2 hours! I would definitely use this service again. In fact, I'm considering using their service on a regular basis.
