  I'm so glad I called O'Brian's Cleaning to clean our 51 year old carpets. I had given up on just one room after buying my own carpet cleaning machine and taking 2 full nights to only get PART of a room poorly done a few nights before I called him. We have a lot of clutter and some very heavy large furniture that can't be moved; (I just wanted the visible portions cleaned.) Chris cleaned these 5 big rooms plus a hallway in 2 hours and they all look far better than the ONE room I couldn't do well myself over probably 6 hours. He called first to let me know he was on the way, arrived right on time, explained the prices and answered questions and then did a super fast VERY inexpensive excellent job. He made sure I understood that walking on the carpet would make my shoes very slippery and reminded me when he started and finished to be very careful going up and down the wooden stairs and walking on the floors with no carpet till it was dry. I was glad the solution was safe for my two cats to walk on while still wet, and there is no perfumy smell, just fresh. I really like to support local business and I'll definitely call him again. No need to do it yourself when you've got a hard working professional who does a way better job and costs LESS than a DIY project

  I called and spoke to Joe about their services and scheduled for them to come out in about a week. They could have come sooner but I had a specific day in mind which Joe gladly accommodated. The technician showed up exactly as scheduled and work was done as planned. Upon drying, the carpet looked like it had stretched and i called Joe concerned. Joe told me that sometimes this happens when certain carpets are wet but usually it corrects itself when dried. I was relieved to hear this and Joe told me to let him know if they did not and he would take care of it. Well, Joe was right...the carpet dried and completely returned to normal. I really appreciated that Joe was ready and willing to resolve any issue if needed. Our carpets look fantastic and the technician did a great job with stain removal. We will definitely be calling them out again

  The only contractor that was for the customer. Others gave ridiculous prices and wouldn't commit to doing the job. Mike Long constantly stayed in touch about the job details, and scheduled an appointment to get the job done. Mike was 10X cheaper than any other local contractor.
