Joe said he would be here before noon and he was here at 11am. He looked things over and determined the part that was bad was the timer. Before letting me know which part was bad he had already called to see if the part was in stock, and it was. He asked if I would like him to order the part, I said yes and he was back the next day to fix it.

I have an older furnace, which crashed early this morning. Rather cool day and wife is under doctor's care. Searched around; called a couple of companies on Angie's list but all were busy - one cited 24 hour emergency service and when I said I could wait till later in the night to take advantatge of that, they said that only referred to weekends (was not clear in their material). Anyway, Ryan at Marcucci sent out Nolan who actually does sales and estimates). Nolan came right out, assessed the problem and fixed it. Then did a general checkup of the system. Nice fellow...told me what he was doing as he did it; and told me what to look for. He completed everything within and hour and we were up and running. Thanks to Ryan and Nolan for making it happen!

He was available very quickly. There was a board for us that the other company wasn't able to come out and do and they installed it for me. It was within 24 hours. The guy was very knowledgeable. My husband said he was knowledgeable. He just installed the board, but he was pretty knowledgeable. I did call him and he was here in 24 hours that is pretty responsive. I talked to the fella when he came out, but I was not here when he came out for the appointment. I found that he was pretty professional. I would use him again, just because if the responsiveness and phone conversation.

Excellent, very pleasant person. Although they were fully booked, made the time to help us out in this emergency. Will use them as our contractor for all future repairs.

THE COMPANY WAS AVAILABLE TO SERVICE THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HOURS. WHILE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE CALL, THEY WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE A TEMPORARY SOLUTION UNTIL THE PART ARRIVED WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

Awsome! I was told by a large appliance service that parts for my 2004 Kitchen Aid were no longer available. Valerie asked for the model number - Tom arrived today, less than 24 hours after my call, had the parts and replaced them (which required considerable assembly and reassembly) in 30 minutes. Tom is a REAL REPAIR MAN (like in the good old days).

THE SERVICE CALL WAS PLACED ON A WEEKEND - WHAT WAS UNUSUAL WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER IS OPEN 24/7. WITHIN 24 HRS, THEY RETURNED THE CALL WITH AN APPT TIME. THE APPT. WAS 4 DAYS OUT BUT I WAS STILL PLEASED. WE RECEIVED A CALL THE DAY PRIOR TO THE APPT TO REMIND US. THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME; IT TOOK HIM NO TIME TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM (OF COURSE, IT IS ALL COMPUTERIZED) HE HAD THE WORK DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR - CLEANED UP, ENSURED THAT THE WASHER WORKED AND LEFT.

I called first and he asked for details over the phone to make sure that he thought he could fix them. I took them in and he was able to complete the work in just 24 hours. Very professional and efficient. I was so glad to not just throw them away, but actually fix them.

Aries did an excellent job for me. I have to say I was nervous about using their services given the wide range of ratings I found on Yelp and Yellow Pages but my experience could not have been better. I called on Tuesday afternoon and less than 24 hours later a very competent and professional repair person was onsite assessing my situation. I would not hesitate to call on Aries again!

Called and left a message. Never got a call-back even though we had stressed it was an emergency (had guests coming in for dinner). Did not call back even after a week. Will never use this place again.

Rovshan responded to a leaking refrigerator emergency call. We had just installed a new floor the week before and disaster was looming. Some kid from another repair shop had come and couldn't figure out the problem. Rovshan arrived within an hour of the call, sized up the problem within seconds, ordered parts and had it fixed in the same day. Boy will I use his shop again and refer as many people to him as I can.

Helped me out in an emergency, arrived when he said he would, gave me a cost estimate ahead of time, diagnosed the problem immediately, worked around obstacles in my basement, handled everything in a professional manner. Finished the job in less than half an hour. He saved the day for us - very happy with the service.

It is so refreshing to have a repairman who is punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. He does not only fix the rpoblem, but he explains how or why the problem occurred; if and how you can repair the problem on your own; and the repair is done immediately or withing 24 hours (if parts needed). LP has repaired a refrigerator, oven, and dryer. quickly and efficiently. And then to add to his professionalism and service, he will call you in 2 days to ensure that the repair is satisfactory. Old school service is hard to come by these days!

Every part of the experience went well. Luan came out within 24 hours of the call and complete the work quickly and efficiently. He explained the repair he needed to make. He cleaned up after the work was complete. He even came out again at no charge to look at the freezer again when there was some frost build up. It turned out to be my error and I learned how easy it is to load a freezer in a way that allows moisture to get in.

We needed a new water heater and these guys did a great job installing and making sure everything beyond that was addressed. After the initial appointment (very easy to make) they gave us advance notice of their arrival time and showed up on time - so important and respectful! The work was done thoroughly, efficiently and with care. Brian started the job but was called away for an emergency; Todd and Erick did bulk of installation and did it neatly and cleanly. They ensured the work was done to code, making sure everything was tidy and secure. The result was not only a safe installation but it also looked great. Cabrillo is who we call again and again knowing they will respect our time and do work that is above and beyond.

The repairman (Sean) quickly identified the problem - a faulty capacitor. He carried this part on his truck and it was quickly replaced. He then proceeded to test the airflow in the house making sure the difference between the return air and the incoming air was within the desired range. And he answered all my questions. The only bad news was the price. For a $40.00 part, the service call cost me an additional $340.00. Would I use the firm again? Yes, but only in an emergency.

The charges seemed high. Service person was nice and personable, but didn't offer any solutions to the overall problem. It took a long time to get a service person to come out, scheduling was 10 days in advance. It would have been nice to have a more "emergency-water-leak" service. There are limited service people who are authorized for Subzero.

I knew something was wrong with my freezer when the items in the door started to thaw. The interior was no longer freezer temerature and the motor only had a slight hum. In dire need, I called A-Z and explained the urgency of my problem with Sam being worried everything was going thaw. He was already on the road to another appointment, but called them that he would be a little late due to an emergency. Sam got right to it and in no time had all the ice removed putting it back in service. I really appreciate him coming out so quickly and saving the day.
