  The work went very well. The technician even went through twice to make sure the pipes were clear. Work was also done to stop a running toilet. He showed me where deterioration was taking place on some of the parts inside the tank would mean problems down the road. The toilet is over 15 years old. The technician was polite, careful and explained everything thoroughly

  My personal problem is the service charge per visit. I told them what was going on with my shower/tub, I assumed he had an ideal and would know the price up front. But service charge to check it out, understandable. Another service charge to fix it, hourly. Did not deduct the first service charge since I chose them to fix it. (Now I know) He did good work but I think it was a little expensive for what was done. My opinion only

  These guys were terrific. We had dealings with a few people from this company and everyone was very friendly. We really felt like they cared a lot about their work. We do not really know how much their services was. It was all paid in one bill to the actual builder. The actual price for the entire home was about $265,000 dollars. They did an excellent job. We have had no complaints about any of their work. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone
