  I was informed when the technicians were on the way and they arrived prior to the 8:30 am start time. They finished up the work in less than two hours and left all in a clean and orderly fashion. Both technicians, Todd and Darrell, were professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. Two days prior to coming on site their supervisor gave me a price over the phone for the work I needed, based upon a series of questions. Based on this price I hired RW as I had also priced the job with a competitor, who gave an estimate that was over twice what I had paid to RW after coming onsite to view where the work was to be done

  Super nice tech, very polite, knowledgeable; went over everything that needed to be done, (including the damaged wiring from squirrels being in the attic, which I had just had squirrels removed but didn’t know they had chewed the wiring); he even asked if I had any kind of home warranty that might cover some things (which I did, but I elected to have him do all the work, since he was there and the price was reasonable and I didn’t want to wait). He also mentioned that the units I have looked like they were original to the house (they are) and would probably need to be replaced soon. But he wasn’t pushy about wanting me to agree to doing anything right then. Over all, a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone

  HVAC Heating & Air: Air Doctors of Memphis - Honest, Reasonable, Professional, Personable. I just had the best HVAC business call with Matt, the owner of Air Doctors of Memphis. While he charged up my air conditioner outside he and I had a long talk. He has built a company in order to help people and to build community. I have lived in Memphis 33 years and this was by far the best interaction I have had with an HVAC company. There was honesty, excellent response to my problem, and no pressure to up-sell or recommend products I did not need. Courteous, kind and professional. The installation of the HVAC system (furnace and AC) was beautifully configured and provided at a reasonable cost. (I have hair-raising stories concerning other companies in the area from my years of dealing with the 7 homes I have owned over the years.) I will stick with Air Doctors of Memphis from now on!
