"PC issue diagnosis and repair were performed professionally and fixed the issue on schedule."
"Alex performed a diagnosis on my pc, found the issues with my OS. GREAT COMMUNICATION, quick turnaround"
"I wanted the 255gb of info that was on my 10-year-old Lenovo desktop to be transferred to a new HP laptop that I bought for $699 from Costco, For whatever reason the info could not be transferred onto the new laptop (may have been incompatible cords}. Instead Chris Reynolds transferred the info on to a 1 terabyte solid state back-up device. I was told that I could plug it in to the Laptop and we would be able to retrieve the needed info. Chris came back at no charge to resolve a couple of outstanding issues. Wonderful service from Chris. The initial communication issues were understandable... I speak English and he speaks Geek!?! I recommend that you know what you want and write it down so that you qare both on the same page... especially if you do not speak geek like me. I am very satisfied. Thanks, Bill C "

Before you hand your computer (and your entire electronic life) over to a computer repair expert, there are a few questions you need to ask.
Homeowners pay an average of $145 to repair a computer network.
If you have technical issues with your computer or laptop, separate from the network, you'll need to check on price with a local computer repair pro. They'll typically charge per hour to fix laptop or computer problems, plus the cost of parts.
A computer repair professional can help if you're having issues that include, but are not limited to:
The length of time it takes to fix your computer depends entirely on what's wrong with it. It may be something very simple that takes 30 seconds. It may be more complex than a computer repair professional can handle in-house. He or she may have to ship it to technicians outside of their service area to assist with the problem, which can take one week or more.
Discuss the issues with your computer with a computer repair pro before any work begins. Research how much other people have paid for a similar service. Ask for an itemized bill to understand the price of labor and parts.
Replace your computer if the cost of repairs isn't justifiable.
