  Dan and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were here early and worked hard through out the day to get our roof done. They were very mindful of how they replaced the roof with impending storms and my neighbors noticed since other roofs in the neighborhood were being ripped down all at once. The crew did an excellent job in clean up which I appreciated with small children and animals. The price was on point, the work was excellent and I would highly recommend them again to anyone who needs a roof replace

  DRS did a great job repairing my roof. They even provided pictures of the work afterwards. Also, they discovered that a previous contractor had not vented the exhaust fan properly and fixed that at no charge. I recommend DRS to my family and friends and they have been satisfied as well.   I spoke with four contractors and the estimate I received from Always Perfect Contracting was the clearest. Vic explained in detail the costs associated with each item on the estimate. I was told upfront that there may be additional costs if portions of the plywood on the roof needed replace. The job was scheduled and completed at the scheduled time. After the old shingles were removed Vic informed me that four plywood sections would need to be replaced and he want my permission to buy the new sections, which I gave him since I was informed of this possibility upfront. All remaining work was performed to my satisfaction. After the work was completed Vic stopped by to see if I had any questions and to collect final payment. Although it was raining that day Vic also walked around my yard to do a final cleanup. I am completely happy with the work that was performed. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and I will definitely recommend them to anybody need their roof replaced
